      This place is a scam. I placed an order on Feb 28th, close to $60.00. Shipping continued to be delayed until right at 28 days post order. I never received my order yet it says delivered now. Ive contacted the company 4 times with zero reply and answer. Theres no phone number available, and no one answers the emails. Im confident I got scammed.

      On 10/28/24 I paid $48.98 for an item that was said to ship immediately. After multiple email inquiries and no confirmation since the initial purchase, I have gotten NO reply or product!

      I placed my order in this website back in October. It allegedly shipped on 10/3/24. I used the package tracking to see when the package would get to me. I live in ********. As I tracked the package I watched it arrive in **, get shipped to *****, and then back to ** again. The package tracker has stopped updating and has said its @in transit to next facility for almost a month now. Today is 11/19/24 and I still have not received my package. I have attempted to contact their customer service twice but did not receive any response.

      I would like my money back. *** purchased two products from the website and havent received a tracking number nor my items. I tried emailed them multiple times I did not receive a response. Can BBB please help me with a refund?

      This company has an advertisement on line that has a person describing a screwdriver set that is also a drill set. The set that they then list and sell is a screwdriver set only. I didn't pay close enough attention and ordered what I thought the man described, screwdriver plus drill set. What I got was screwdriver set only. I just want people to be aware that they are not selling what is being described.

      My husband ordered an advent calendar from this business as a gift for me. It arrived crushed, and the quality was abysmal (there was backward printing on one item indicating a "bootleg" item, the envelopes were glued on crooked). I contacted them with the order number, provided a photo as proof and requested a refund. They emailed back, claiming they would issue the refund, but it has been 10 business days and no credit has appeared on our credit card. Now they are no longer replying to emails asking them to provide proof the credit was requested.

      I ordered a cat toy from ************************** on October 13 2024. I never received a receipt of purchase, tracking/shipping info or anything. I have attempted to contact the buisness by phone but the number is not a working number. I attempted to email the company 3 times with the info provided to Afterpay, I've received no response. At this point I believe I've been scammed. I have no tracking info and the only 'account' info I have is through Afterpay, which is how I paid. That number is Online # ************. I have filed a dispute with ******** also.

      I had ordered from this company Dodorado a month ago, I have not yet received or heard anything from them
