Good afternoon, I am filing a complaint because I would like yo receive a refund for the show that I was unable to see correctly because the venue changed my seat that I had selected with no prior notification. I have trouble seeing from far because of an eye condition that I have, and I selected seats in the from row. Row 104. And they seated me in 304. When I arrived at the venue the box office printed my tickets, and the person who guides us to our seats lead me and my sister to a seat that I did not purchase. When told that there was a mistake she said there was nothing she could do and that I needed to call later to speak to a manager. She also said she would bring it up to her supervisor and they were working on a solution. She never returned. When speaking to the manager 3 days later they said there was nothing they could do. The tickets weren't even printable. I had to wait to get the tickets from thee. venue. I live in NYC and this show is 3 hours and 30 minutes away. I drove all the way there and booked a hotel so that I could see a show I couldn't see correctly. I would like a full refund for this show.Business response

After a conversation with ********************** we have extended comp letter to return to the theater for a performance of ***** in 2023. I purchased Sight and Sound TV annual as a Christmas gift for my mother as she is unable to travel to PA for a show. The purchase date was 12/13/21 with a cost of $96.29; purchased online. We realized pretty quickly that my parents could not figure out how to use so we had to set it up for them. Unfortunately we are not able to as their TV is not compatible. I called and emailed several times. I have yet to hear from anyone. Not even an email! I am not asking for a refund, but an exchange- exchange the 1 year subscription gift that cannot be used for DVDs.Business response

Paid for a gift subscription seasonal pass for 89.99 to sight and sound tv which my sister never received. I have contacted sight and sound many time about this problem only to get the run around. At this point I want my credit card refund which they are giving me a problem about. My receipt is ********.Business response

*********************** reached out to us on 12/27/2021. We issued a refund to *********************** on 12/30/2021. She should have received that refund within 10 days. We have not had correspondence with *********************** since confirming her refund was processed.
