Did not treat me the same as other patients. One dental assistant was rude and talked about me to another worker there across the hall right in front of me she was pointing at me saying that girl over there. They told me they don't remake temporary dentures when they did it for someone that referred me there. I PAID OUT OF MY POCKET FOR THEM AND THEY ACTED LIKE AS THEY HAD TO PAY FOR THEM. The oral surgeon even told me that the dentures were to big for my mouth and for me to go back to *************** to have them fixed. The only thing *************** would do was grind them down and after 1 to 2 days after that... the denture were still NOT RIGHT. the denture adhesive still did not hold them in all day like it should have. I had to force my mouth shut with both top and bottom dentures in, so my mouth was sore from holding my mouth closed. Since they didn't want to help me I wanted my money back and they just give me the run around. When I ask them on the phone what I could do about the dental assistant, how she treated me.... the girl said there's nothing I can do about that so I ask who do I talk to then that would do something and she said the doctor and I said ok can you put him on the phone and she said you would have to make an appointment. I said no I'm not making the trip all the way there and wasting gas when I could just talk to him on the phone about it. I THOUGHT THEY WERE THERE TO HELP PEOPLE. Not happy at all.
