    4/1/22 picked up '22 *** **. Prior to this we noticed a $513 math error by salesman Bob; we agreed to paying $313 of error & no further contact with Bob due to a disrespectful text comment. Further, Sales Mgr Ryan erroneously told us over phone our rig had ** ********* tires. Once we got it home, found out incorrect. When notified he said "they" either switched them out or he looked at wrong rig. He felt our best option was to drive the tires 2 years, contact him & he would grant a good discount, but we would need to also pay for install & disposal. Amber, Service Dept, told us a tool we found in a drawer was to manually operate slides; also incorrect. My husband found they were for leveling jacks. By this point, we were simply dumbfounded & disgusted by the errors & blatant disregard for us as satisfied customers. I called the GM Bob, needed to leave a "cliff notes" complaint with a gentleman who assured GM would return call. No,never returned my call, he assumed it was for Salesman Bob. I called GM Bob a 2nd time, retold my story. (He also thought the tool was for slide...no). He asked what did I want, feel necessary. I said no idea, what's fair, we've never been involved in something like this. He was to talk w the above individuals & get back to me. I called him following Thurs. Basically said, you got what you paid for, it was a good deal. Ended with " I'm ending this conversation". One correct statement was made by Sales Mgr Ryan, upon defending Bob's math error he told me, "we're human, we all make mistakes, I'm sure you have too". I replied I most certainly have, but didn't insinuate as Bob did that anyone was "turning it around". Ryan, you are correct - everyone mentioned above at Susquehanna RV made mistakes!

    I recently purchased a used Travel Trailer from the Bloomsburg location to be used as my temporary residence. Once set in place, I turned on the furnace as it is winter in PA. I returned 4 hours later and the furnace no longer worked. When I contacted the dealer and asked what I should do, I was told they would get back to me. Being a fairly competent individual, I removed the only access cover and found hand fulls of chewed nuts and insulation particles that seemed to have been there for quite some time. I again called the dealer and asked if there were any known issues with the furnace to which they replied, yes, but we repaired the issues prior to my arrival to pick up. I asked then why they didn't even attempt to vacuum up all of the debris inside the furnace housing, to which the reply was I don't know. I had to remove the furnace and completely clean out the inside of it from all of the debris. Upon reinstallation, the furnace worked fine. The next issue was when I connected outside water to the system. I flushed out the winterization from the lines and upon further inspection, every single connection inside the camper was leaking! Again, I called the dealer and have yet to hear anything from them. The final inspection sheet stated specifically the furnace was operational and inspected, and the water system was tested, inspected, and had no leaks! I will never return to either facility for any future investments and will pass along this poor service after the sale to anyone interested.
