      This is a terrible organization. The management team is a select group of about 6 individuals. They run the show, get accolades and raises while the rest of us wonder what is going on. Families are left without staffing for their sick children when the scheduling staff sends their scheduled nurse somewhere else at the last minute. Terrible at organization, communication and planning. I worked there as an RN supervisor and it was horrible.
