I wouldnt ever recommend this company to anyone. I paid about 3000 dollars for photographer and videographer. My pictures taken with my guest phones were a better quality than what they did. I received no photo album no photos in hand they wanted me to pay more money for that. The video was terrible out of the whole ceremony he provided a 3 min mess. I feel I got scammed from this company and taken advantage of. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

Hi ****.  Thank you for your comments.   I'm glad you had a chance to discuss your concerns with my Director.   I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment with our photography service, the photographer, who I've known for years, is a seasoned wedding professional with award winning wedding work.  Your comments came as a great surprise to him as well.  Albums and prints are available at an additional cost.  Frankly, some customers prefer an album or prints, and others do not.  The video edit is a short form and usually includes the vows and rings, and the processional and recessional.  During the editing process you are allowed multiple revisions.  We would have gladly added additional footage for you.   I'm sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.  All of us at The Pros Weddings

Short version: The Pros company policy is to have their videographers shoot in 1080p. In 2023. Yes, you read that correctly. Your *master* video file will be 1080p30. Absolutely embarrassing. Longer version: my wife and I booked The Pros for a photo/video package for our wedding in Oct 2023. When we received the video, I was surprised to find how low quality it was. Since it was delivered on a thumb drive, I assumed the final cut was exported to 1080p to save space. "Fine, I'll just ask for the master," I think to myself. Turns out, that's the only quality available because the *original footage* was shot in 1080p at the Pros direct instruction. My videographer found this to be an odd requirement (again, this was a wedding in 2023, I can practically guarantee the smartphone you're reading this on takes higher quality video), but I did not know it was company policy until *after* the event was over. I spoke to the Director of Production (Frank Canning), who was unapologetic that this is their policy in order to save money on cloud storage space. Glad you were able to save $0.97 on AWS S3 costs at the expense of my footage. No apology was offered and certainly nothing approaching a refund. Since we specifically instructed our guests not to take photos or video because paid for a professional service, I will never experience the memories in anything other than a resolution introduced circa-2003. Great. To be clear, there is a lot more to video quality than resolution (bit rate, codec, sensor size of the camera it was shot on, etc). But you're not here for an essay on videography. Just take my advice and look *anywhere* else for video services, because even if your particular assigned videographer is excellent, they will be limited by the outdated company policies at The Pros.

Hi ********.  I'm glad we had a chance to discuss your concerns.   Your comments started a serious debate at our company regarding whether or not we should shoot in 4k.   We now offer our service in 4k as well as HD in an effort to make sure we cover all bases.   In the wedding video market, some providers shoot only in 4k, some by request, some in HD and frankly, some have offered 4k and have decided the advantages don't outweigh the negatives and have gone back to HD.  Regardless, we appreciate your recommendations.  All of us at The Pros Weddings

Wedding was January 15,2022 it took me this long to write a review do to being to upset with this company. My first experience with my engagement shoot The photographer promised to provide a list of locations. After follow ups and various excuses, I was given a list less than 2 weeks prior. I was not aware most locations have a fee, which would have been fine except short notice incurs higher fees and or were already booked. When i secured a location, the photographer tried to get me to go somewhere closer to her. The photos themselves were an 8/10, yet having to deal with various excuses from the photographer and wanting piece of mind on wedding day I decided to pick a different one for the actual wedding. I paid and had 2nd engagement shoot. These photos were 9/10. I don’t remember the original photographers name yet I definitely remember the 2nd. Her name was Elissa. The reason I remember was 1. She was late on the day off. Although she was helpful with dress and positioning etc. the photos of the day off were another story. ALL and when I say All I mean all my church photos had horrible lighting and were blurred. I literally went through every single photo and each one blurred. Guest photos were better than hers. Couple photos at different locations were good. Party photos were of average quality nothing special as in anyone with a phone would have same results. She didn’t bring lighting and was relying of videographers camera light. The videographer was 6/10 he missed the bride and grooms speech and no audio during the garter dance. The church video was ok quality. After long conversations with Hugh I was offered a minimal refund. Hugh kept defending the photographer and made it seem like nothing was wrong with the photos. I asked him to give me one just 1 church photo that wasn’t blurry he couldn’t respond. I submitted guest photos for most of album instead. Album and editing staff was of higher quality. Think twice before going with this company.
