5 starsWe were hit by a massive hailstorm in July of 2024. Immediately thereafter, we had multiple push and aggressive contractors knock on our door trying to be the very first one to get our business. While I was not certain how much damage our roof had, I was certain that I did not want to deal with anyone that is that aggressive about getting my business. Then ********* with Guardian knocked on our door. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He was very pleasant to talk to (unlike every single contractor that knocked on our door beforehand). At first I turned him away, but I mentioned to my wife how kind he was. It only took maybe 1 minute of a conversation with my wife before I went back outside to catch him before he left. Overall, ********* was wonderful to work with. He explained every step of the process, including how to start the claim process with our insurance company. He was very patient and thoroughly answered all of my many, many questions! In the end, we ended up getting a new roof and gutters, entirely covered by insurance. We also opted to have Guardian install all new siding, which was only partially covered by insurance, but we were able to get a very good product for a very good deal. Throughout the process, I interacted with multiple people at Guardian and every single one of them was a true pleasure to work with. My experience with Guardian, and my representative, ********* ******, was overwhelmingly positive. During the initiation of services I was skeptical, as Guardian is not from my immediate area, so I had concerns that they would place their own interests ahead of mine. ********* took an exceptional amount of time to explain every part of the process, and answer every single one of my questions about their services, their role in working with my insurance company, and the teams of workers that they use to complete their work. The work itself was completed in a very timely manner, and with minimal intrusiveness, which was important to me as my daughter was six months old at the time. During the lead up to the work being done, and in the immediate aftermath, **** was available to address concerns, and made sure to check in, in person, to make sure everything was satisfactory. **** worked directly with my insurance company to significantly limit the amount of time I had to spend worrying about estimates, or payouts, or quite literally anything else. He was there in person at the inspection to make sure that no damage was missed, and the paperwork that his office filed with my insurance company was thorough, detailed, and satisfactory to both me and my insurance adjustor. Guardian also applied directly to my town for all the required permits and inspections before and after the work was completed. At NO point in the process was any representative from Guardian pushy or annoying, and I did not get the sense that they had anything other than my best interest in mind. I could not recommend their services more highly to anyone in need of them, and most importantly, I trust ********* ******. He saw the damage to my property and the potential that existed for me to have my insurance company do their job and pay almost entirely for a new roof and gutters for my home.

Our experience with Guardian was extremely positive. ********* educated us about our roof, the problems it had, and what our options were. He had excellent communication with us throughout the process of replacing our roof. Make the roof shopping experience easy and go with Guardian. I diligently research companies and contractors before selecting one to ensure any work is being done with a reputable and trustworthy group. I finally landed on Guardian after reading numerous reviews online and with the BBB. Nathaniel was my contact and he did not disappoint and lived up to the expectations I had. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional but also personable and honest throughout the process. He took the time to research different shingle options for our older house and presented us with a variety of options until we selected the one that best fit the home’s aesthetics. And the process couldn’t have been any easier. After filing a claim with our insurance company for a hail storm, Nathaniel and the team took it from there. They worked back and forth with our company to ensure everything that needed to be addressed was taken care of. He handled all the communication and kept us informed of the progress along the way. We also worked with him to get some additional siding work done that was not part of the claim since we were so impressed with the team.
