October 2, 23 I purchased a car but later found out there was all kinds of "add ons" on our bill. I have spent the last year trying to get someone from the corporate office to respond to my *************** I was always transferred back to the one that messed up my bill. I am now finding out there are more things going on and again, I can't get anyone to respond to my calls.

I bought a New 2024 VW Atlas from this dealership last October (2023) with less than 100 miles on it. Just recently I had the car to another dealer for service and they mentioned that the tires will not pass current inspection. Since the car only has 15k miles they told me to contact the dealer because there is no way the tires should be worn out so soon. I have made three attempts to contact the Ciocca Dealship where I bought the car. All three times I was told the correct individuals are not available and they will call me back. Needless to say they never do.

Bought a used car from the dealership and purchased an extended warranty at the same time. Now, I need to used the warranty for an air conditioner repair in the amount of $1,000.00 and found out that the warranty was never signed and send to the warranty company. I now have paid for a warranty that I am unable to use. I am asking for the maount that was quoted to me for the repair of the air conditioner in my car.

My 2018 Audi Q5, purchased at this dealership, has a "known circumstance," (their words) relating to the driver side door handle cover. This cover continues to loosen and fall off, creating a potential safety hazard to others on the road and / or to promote corrosion and potential permanent damage to the car handle mechanism. The car has been serviced at this dealership, for this issue, on at least three occasions and they refuse to find a permanent solution. In fact, this dealership sent me a text, documenting that this "known circumstance" continues to be an issue in newer models of this vehicle, yet they have NO solution. This response, from this company, is unacceptable. Also, please note that when I purchased this vehicle I also purchased ALL available warranty packages to minimize these types of issues and concerns. They have no solutions and refuse to take responsibility to correct this problem.

Since April 2021 I have been informing and documenting to the audi dealership that my 2017 Q7 is requiring oil every 1,000 miles. Each time I have been told it is expected. After months of being pushed off; I questioned them further. To which I find out that this is a known engine problem. Unfortunately by the time the dealership tells me this my extended warranty is expired. The dealership tells me they will work with me on the cost. The car went in Jan 2, 2022. The dealership had my car until March 3, 2022. During this time they were to repair the engine and pistons Ext. On March 4, 2022 the engine light comes back on; I bring the car back and I am told that a clamp on one of the hoses came off. I also discovered that during the 2 month engine repair the heated steering wheel no longer worked. When I asked the dealership about this I was told “it is nothing we did it is just old.” I find that odd for a heated steering wheel in a luxury car that is only 5 years old to have the heated steering be worn already. I was told “it is your problem we are not to blame.” I get the car back March 8,2022 I drive it for 2000 miles and the oil light comes back on. The dealership told me to call corporate audi; which i did as told to file my problems. In addition while the car engine was being fixed the dealership tells me there is cracks in the welding frame work: that must be from a minor accident in 2018. I bring it back to the collision center who tell me there is no way the degree of cracks are from 4 years ago. Corporate audi tells me I have to bring it back to local audi dealership who then tells me it is from the accident & it has to be my responsibility. When I asked about the oil problem after engine repair I was told “there was no leak. And in the next sentence the main valve was leaking.” That will be fixed at no cost. I feel that audi neglected me & continue to have more things wrong with the car each repair. I asked corporate audi for compensation & they say no.
