I am not liable nor do I owe this alleged debt that you are saying I owe. Im confused about how you even have my information to contact me, I know that you can purchase alleged debts from other companies, but you must first have my permission to obtain any type of information on me. I never gave you any type of permissible purpose to obtain my information I have never done business with you nor can you produce a contract or written agreement between me and you that gives you permission to have this information. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681a(4) you are infringing upon my consumer right to privacy by having this information and are in violation of 15 USC 1681o and are civilly liable for negligent compliance. You also are in violation of 15 USC 1692f(1), the collection of any amount unless such amount is expressly authorized by the agreement creating the debt or permitted by law, as I stated before I have done no business with you nor signed an agreement with you creating a debt, therefore, you don't have the power to collect this debt and there is no law that states I must pay a debt. Lastly, I, the consumer am the only one who can validate this debt pursuant to 15 USC 1692a(5) and I do not owe this alleged debt.

      Dear ******* ********:
NCB Management Services, Inc. (NCB) appreciates the opportunity to respond to your concerns. NCB purchased  the referenced account on September 21, 2020 from ****** ******* *** (******). You entered into an agreement  with the original creditor, ******. That agreement made you responsible for paying this debt and gave ****** the  right to collect it from you. When you failed to pay, ****** sold the debt and transferred its right to collect to  NCB. ****** may transfer its rights to NCB without your permission or signature. You are still bound by your  original agreement to pay this debt. The difference is that NCB now owns the right to collect it from you. NCB  is your current creditor

Our initial letter containing the required disclosures was mailed to you on September 25, 2020. The account is  an auto loan originating with ****** on March 24, 2015 for the purchase of a 2015 ***** *******. On  November 12, 2021 NCB sent you debt validation documents. This included a copy of the signed contract, the  deficiency notice, a financial transaction history of the account and the bill of sale agreement between NCB and  ****** ******* ***. NCB has met all our responsibilities concerning the FDCPA and FCRA and stands  behind the accuracy of its reporting to credit bureaus concerning this account. Should you have any further  concerns, please contact our Chief Compliance Officer at 833-225-5303 ext. ****.

      Sincerely,

      Joseph K*****

I have sent multiple certified mail letters asking for validation and the method of how they validated multiple fraudulent and questionable items on my credit report and have not received back anything in over 35 days for these accounts that are clearly inaccurate and fraudulent accounts. This creditor is disregarding the law and taking advantage of me and this has caused a big stress on my life. My most recent certified letter I sent was 09/20/2021. Attached file is the letter and FTC I sent to them. I DEMAND that all the items are deleted and if action is not taken I will sue in small claims court in my city and the company will have to come and represent themselves.

      Dear ******* ********,

We would like to thank you for submitting your concerns. This account was an auto loan, originating with  ********* ******** *** ***. on November 10, 2015 for the purchase of a 2012 *** ******. NCB  Management Services, Inc. (NCB) purchased the account on August 27, 2020 from ********* ******** ***  Inc. as stated in our letter of August 31, 2020. As a result of ********* ******** **** ***. selling the account  to NCB, they assigned their rights regarding the account to NCB. NCB is now the current creditor to whom the  debt is owed.
NCB investigated and responded to indirect tradeline disputes in December of 2020 and again in May, June,  and August of 2021. This complaint is the first fraud claim you have communicated directly to NCB. In  response to this dispute, we conducted another investigation by reviewing information and documents provided  to us by the original creditor, the information you provided in your recent dispute as well as information from  our own system regarding the current status of your account. The documents we have do not substantiate the  allegations of your dispute and identity theft concerning this account. NCB will direct the CRAs to update the  report to indicate that you disagree with the results of our dispute investigations. In a separate mailing NCB  will send another copy of the validation documents and include a copy of the contract, the deficiency notice, a  transaction history, and the bill of sale agreement between NCB and the seller of the account. Should you have  any further concerns, please contact our Chief Compliance Officer at 833-225-5303, ext. ****.

      Sincerely,

      Joseph K*****

A debt collector (NCB Management services) calls daily asking for me by name. They call from different (spoofed) numbers, so that I cant block them. They only state their name and ask for me. When asked for their organization, they say theyre NCB Management services and theyre not selling anything and ask to speak to me. I dont have any business with them, so I dont verify my identity. After looking them up, they are a third party debt collector. I believe they are harassing me regarding a family members unpaid debt, as I dont have any unpaid debt. I told them today to take me off their list, to which they replied they can take me off their list but it wont stop. It is inappropriate to harass a family member daily. 1. Please have them remove me from their list, as their target is presumably another person. 2. Please have them handle their business, if legitimately with me, in writing, describing the debt, so I can correct it with the reporting agency itself.

      Dear *** ***:

NCB Management Services, Inc. (NCB) appreciates the opportunity to respond to your concerns. A review of  our records finds this complaint to be the first written request NCB received to cease telephone calls. Since  receiving this request NCB has ceased call attempts and will continue to honor the request. NCB purchased  your account from **** ****** ** *********** *** D/B/A **** on August 27, 2021. A review of our records  indicates that on September 1, 2021 our initial letter containing the required notifications and disclosures was  mailed to you. This account was an internet loan that originated on August 29, 2018. In a separate mailing, as  requested, NCB will send debt validation documents which will include a copy of your loan application, loan  agreement, a complete financial transaction history of the account, and a copy of the bill of sale agreement  between NCB and the seller of the account. Should you have any further questions, please contact our Chief  Compliance Officer at 833-225-5303, ext. ****.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered]

       Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because I am not the person they are seeking.

The company states that they have purchased my account from **** ****** of ********** on 8/27/21 and on 9/1/21 mailed an initial letter containing required notifications and disclosures. I have never received such mailing. I am not the person in the disclosures they finally mailed, which I received on 11/23/21 after my BBB complaint that they are harassing me daily on the phone.

A quick look through the disclosures shows a person with the same name but different address, different email, different phone number from mine which the company called daily, different last four of SSN, different place of employment, etc. There are many people with the same name, so it seems this company has not done its due diligence. They should have started with the phone number on file through their Rise disclosures (which I was able to find easily) rather than whatever they did to find my phone number. Since I never received the 9/1/21 disclosure mailing, I am assuming those went to the address of the other individual that is on file in their disclosures.

I do not own any internet loan debt as stated in these disclosures for the other identity. Debt collectors should use their own data on the debtor that the debtor filled out when applying for the loan, rather than finding people with the same name and progressing with daily harassing phone calls. I stand by my statement that this company has violated my rights, without clarifying their purpose in calling until I reported them to the BBB.

      Regards,
