    My 2018 Toyota was towed to the dealership in June 2022 for servicing at Faulkner Toyota Trevose. Repeated calls from the ***** adjuster regarding where they are regarding the repairs have not been returned by the dealership. I attempted to contact the dealership on 8-17-2022 and they stated they are unable to locate the car. Please find out how a dealership cannot locate a car they are in possession of and how why they cannot provide the status of the repair work that has been completed as of 8-17-2022.***** Representative: ***************** ************ Resolution needed:1. Battery keeps dying- what is causing this issue? The car has less than 15,000 miles and the battery has been replaced once by the dealership. The dealership says there is water damage to the car.2. Airbag malfunctioning light comes on once the car starts.3. Repair of a minor dent in the rear fender. I need ***** to provide an estimate so that we can commence work on the car.     I recently had an extremely poor experience with Faulkner Toyota Trevose which turned out to be a complete waste of my time and money. The communication throughout the entire process was abysmal.The initial salesperson **** did a great job in communication and responding to my questions promptly. Once we were closer to the deal, I decided to drive down over 3hrs to see the vehicle I was interested in. In the process, I was initially working with ***** the sales manager who seemed to be extremely busy and uninterested.Upon arrival and inspection, I found a small oil leak. **** and a different sales manager were apologetic and offered to fix the vehicle along with a discount. We agreed on a call the next day to proceed with a deposit.This is where things took a turn. It was extremely difficult to get a hold of ***** and none of the salespeople could help. It seemed to me that they were no longer interested to earn my business. The worst part of my experience was the lack of transparency and honesty. I was assured that a specific car would be fixed, only to find out a week later that they no longer were interested in selling it to me. I even offered a deposit to ensure my commitment to the deal. This bait-and-switch tactic not only wasted my time but also eroded any trust I had in the dealership. I have wasted a day worth of work, gas, and time. I have also missed out on other opportunities believing that this was a pending deal.Overall, the poor communication, lack of professionalism, and deceptive practices at Faulkner Toyota made this the worst experience I've ever had. I strongly advise others to avoid this dealership if they value their time and money. I highly advise staying away from ***** (used car sales manager) at all costs. Looks like my experience is similar to reviewers below. As mentioned to ***** several times before the negative review, I would have appreciated a courtesy call from GM to resolve the issue and come to terms.
