    I have a family membership to anytime fitness. I pay $128 a month for my family of 4. In February of this year the gym deactivated my sons membership by mistake and assigned his membership to another person who had lost their key fob. He was away at school so we didnt notice until he came home for the summer and his membership fob did not work. We were told his membership was transferred to the ********************* location. I said it needed resolved as he was traveling to Va for a summer internship and planned to use it at a gym by his rental. Part of the membership is to be able to use any location in the **. He could not use it and they said he was only a temporary member and could not access other gyms. I have called both gyms and corporate to fix it. I just want to cancel my membership now and the gyms say he is in transfer portal and neither will cancel. I am continuing to pay for a membership he cant use and also they havent responded to my cancellation request. Since February I have paid them $150 for his membership that was not active. I just want my family membership cancelled and no longer have to pay them a monthly fee.
