    This guy came to my place, and said he knew what the problem was with my furnace (in the winter) and that he would come back and fix it. So, I had to call him a few days later because he never came back, and he didn't remember, so he did finally come. Replaced the part, (supposedly a new part), charged me ******, and of course, furnace didn't work. Called him and told him, so he came out again and looked at it and said he'd have to replace a part, (mind you, it was the same part). The man couldn't even remember where the door to my downstairs was, and he had just been here. So, I waited about 4 days and hadn't heard from him again. He came out again, and said once more that he would have to replace something again.....well, I was freezing by this time, so I told him to forget it. I had given him more money already, so he said he'd give it back to me. I'm still waiting for that money, and know I'll never see it again. I'm a retired, 74 year old woman on a budget, so losing that money was a big hardship. I had to get another company to come and fix it, and they did just that - had to replace the whole furnace. I've never had a problem since. They were extremely professional, clean, and fast working. The owner even called me afterwards to see if all was going well. He told me the part that Crawford had replaced was not new. We don't know if it was the original part or if he just didn't replace it. This is what I get for trying to get someone local for the business. I actually think he is suffering from dementia, but then, it's time to stop working on something as important as a furnace. He had no crew, either.

    I was completely ready to refund your money when you stopped responding to my attempts to contact you When I come to someone's house to repair a furnace my focus is to repair the furnace when it can be done, not analyze your floor plan or clutter in the basement. I respect every customers budget and try to do the job as reasonable as possible. All repairs are not black and white and when ordering parts some may take days to get. I don't go into houses and just try to sell a furnace or air conditioner to make it easy on me unless that is why I was called. Please contact me for your refund
