Inadequate proposal for roof ventilation issue and subsequent replacement. Unacceptable monetary offer for the actual work that needed to be done.

I afforded this company not one, but two chances to replace the roof and remedy an underlying ventilation issue of which they failed at miserably both times.  I paid in full the $22,000 for initial replacement in 2022, they did not charge for the work required for the 2nd replacement in 2023, and I refused to let them do the work again for a 3rd time.  I had no faith they knew what they were doing and could properly execute another roofing job.  In turn I hired a more reputable roofing company to do the third replacement.  This cost me $******.  Inks should be held responsible for poor work, and in turn I asked for only ****** of the ****** I paid as their responsibility toward a 3rd roof, as only the front half of the roof needed to be replaced but for uniformity of the shingles from the other roofing company I had the roof replaced in its entirety.  Inks offered 2500 which was insulting.  The scope of work they wanted to do to fix the issue would not have fixed the underlying problem and we would have had the same problem again within a year.  Attached of photos of decking under the shingles after only ONE year!
