On 1/31/2024 I ordered 2 half gallons of ice cream from ********* **********, **. Order# ****** was scheduled for pick up at Noon on 2/2/2024. The total was $38.32 At 12:30 pm on 2/2/2024, I arrived to pick up my prepaid order, only to find a note on the window of the business, stating they will open at 2:30 pm. Their usual business hours start at Noon. In fact, other patrons were waiting outside the business, wondering why they weren't open.I drove over 45 minutes, from ********* **, to pick this ice cream up for my husband's birthday. I have called the business numerous times and no one answers and the mail box has not been set up, to leave a message. I called their corporate office and no one answers. I did email their corporate office. Someone should have called me to let me know they wouldn't be open at the scheduled time of my order. I will NOT be driving an hour one way during rush hour to try and get my merchandise, especially not knowing if they are open yet. I want to Cancel Order# ****** and have my **** refunded immediately.
