  THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE FRAUD!! I purchased 10 exams for the EPPP exam. Studied for months. None of the material from the practice exams were on the EXAM. I would not recommend using Exam Edge if you plan on passing. I plan on taking Exam Edge to small claims court for failure to provide material that represented the actual exam. Exam Edge did nothing but waste my time and money!!!

  This is such a scam of company. I thought their hesi reviews would be great but it is very problematic. I am trying to get a refund because this is not it. It is below expectation. I spent too much money not to get response back from them.

  I purchased the 5 practice exam bundle for the ASCP HT exam as I failed it on my first attempt. Product was not as advertised. The questions were nothing like the actual exam, they were incredibly vague, and not helpful in that they did not provide a similar experience to the actual test. I have reached out for a refund. If you are studying for the ASCP HT exam don't waste your time or money on these.

  horrible company, i have had nothing but issues with them. I failed my test even though they guarantee 100% passing, and i did all the test and got good grades on all of them customer support ignores your messages i have sent 3 with no response back.

  Katie I have to say you have been one of the most unique complaints we have ever seen. Your first email said we were the worst company on the planet, and our questions were terrible and no help in passing your exam. Interestingly, you were demanding access to 40 tests to prepare for your exam. Why would you want more exams if they were so bad? We researched your account and discovered you took all the tests in study guide mode, where you can see the answers as you take the test. You never once ran them in testing mode to see if you were ready to take your exam. We suggested you retake the test in the proper mode and offered you 5 complimentary tests. Your reply was, ‘I want access to the 40 questions.’ Again, if they are so bad, why did you want 40 exams? It was clear we would not be able to satisfy you, so we refunded your money, even though our refund policy clearly states you were not eligible for a refund. Once you received the refund, your access to the tests you did not like was revoked. Your response was that you wanted a refund but did not return the product and demanded your access. Then you started to threaten to post negative reviews wherever you could: ‘I’ll continue to leave reviews on any page I can find how your questions and program don’t lead to success. And when asked for more questions free at cost to supplement having to take the test again, you’ll only offer a refund. Worst company and customer service ever. I’ve already wrote two reviews And filed with the BBB, will continue to write reviews on this experience, the false advertising and the poor customer service. . Again, you wanted access to a bad product and were resorting to extortion to try and get extra exams. We wish you luck in passing your exam. Jim

Before you purchase look on the BBB that’s my suggestion!!. yes I asked for more questions because even though they are poor quality it was the least you could do as a company and some reading material is better than none.… annnddddd yes I did them in study mode but like I said in my response to you, which you failed to include , is timing wasn’t an issue for me and the rationale was the only thing that seemed remotely educational. I ‘passed’ each one of your tests. Again. I believe the structure of your questions are poor and there are multiple repeats and if you truly can say your tests have a 100% guarantee then there would be 0 bad reviews about you. I only failed by two questions and that’s due to mometrix and the content/questions I covered from there. I’m being honest and yes I said I’d leave reviews because you as a company make false claims of 100% passing guarantee. Why make that claim?? Numerous reviews had contraindicated your claim. Do you blame everyone who fails on them? Or do you think some portion of it has to do with the content they studied from? People before you buy my suggestion is to read the BBB I regret not doing so. I used this company more than mometrix and after the test found out that mometeix had questions I think to be more similar in structure to the test compared to exam edge. If you don’t like my review exam edge then do better as a company, get rid of repeat questions, structure your questions better, and take out the claims of 100% passing guarantee on your website.

  I believe these test questions are a joke! These questions do no give a good depiction of the real exam! I feel like the test questions did not prepare me for the Exam! I purchased all 10 exam and nothing like the real Ambulatory Care Exam! Some of the questions were repetitive! It made no sense for me to spend over $100 for those study questions. I’m really disappointed what a waste of money and more importantly my time!!!

  Save your money. I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I have been an educator for over 25 years. I’ve been part of committees where we create official exams. The Educating All Students (EAS 201 in New York) exams I purchased for my son were no where near the quality of the actual NYSTC exam. I purchased stories and my son answered reading comprehension questions. There were NO pedagogical content or strategies asked in ANY of the 3 out of 5 exams I purchased. I told my son to stop wasting his time because a fifth grader could answer the reading comprehension questions. At no time, while taking the exams, did my son answer questions about children with special needs, English language learners, or highly gifted children. The people who created these exams at Exam Edge need to go back to school and educate themselves on what a true EAS exam is about. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

  I was originally using books that I had found online. I took the exam twice and did not do well. I was determined to do better and came across Exam Edge. The things I found very helpful and liked was the projected score, I could go back and look at every question, look at the explanation and learn from it. When I still needed to practice, they sent me additional exams. When I sent any emails to inquire about additional material, the response was always encouraging and saying we’re here to help and we want to help you pass. I am a real person, I’m not paid to post any reviews. The exam edge tests really did prepare me and help me pass. If anyone is looking for any program, I highly highly recommend this, you won’t regret it.

  I credit exam edge for preparing me the most out of any of the other prep material I used and I tried a lot. Exam edge was the closest to the actual test.
