    On February 21st we had Hemi's Brothers come out to repair our gas range. They replaced the thermostat under the assumption that was the issue. As it turnes out the new part did not solve the problem. The range continues to heat up to 450 degrees as well as shutting off. They returned the following week and acknowleged the problem was not solved. We paid them $501.38 for the repair. They have not been in touch to tell us the part ther were to be odering has become available. They do not return our phone calls.

    While we were at the customer's house the oven worked properly.  Upon their complaint that it wasn't working when we were not there we reached out to the manufacturer for support as we could not recreate the issue.  We had no luck getting any information from the manufacturer support team. The customer was not happy.  We have sent a full refund to the customer.   Unfortunately, we are not going to be able to fix the oven as we cannot figure out what is going on and cannot recreate the issue when we are there.
