I placed an order on 5/1, and heard absolutely nothing from them until 5/10 when I received an email that my order had “shipped”. I had called them and they said it was in “pick” status for two weeks. It is now the 14th and usps is still awaiting the item. The email I received saying it was shipped was sent the day after I complained so I can only assume they generated the shipping label so I would receive that email. I called again today and was told “it takes usps a while to sort packages” which is an absolute lie as I do a lot of online ordering and have never seen something like this. My order is for seeds so a few small packets shouldn’t take three weeks to get to me. I want a refund of my entire order, and will never do business with them again. This business has multiple complaints on delivery issues, and it’s sad they are allowed to continue to operate solely on fraud - they take peoples money and never actually send an item. This business should be fined or not allowed to operate.Initial Complaint

Company sold me seeds. Company sent a piece of paper to me saying they were out of seeds. Company refuses to issue a refund. please help.Initial Complaint

I placed an order four potato starts in a blueberry bush that I did not receive. I have made two attempts to contact the company and they will not respond. This is a loss of $37.90 plus shipping. I've also noticed that many other people have complained here about this company.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 18 Mar 2022. I promptly received an email for the order stating I would get another email with shipping information. I have not yet gotten any additional emails. I emailed the customer service email address included in the initial email on 24 and 29 Mar 2022 requesting tracking information or a refund for the $35.90 that I spent. I have not gotten the product ordered or a refund
