      Purchased a memorial stone for my wife’s cemetery plot from this business. Repeatedly contacted this business from May 5, 2022 until July 2023 about status of stone. In July a stone was placed on plot site. It was the wrong stone, not what had been purchased. Contacted the business and they promised to deliver the proper one. Have since been trying to contact business, telephone number is disabled, no one has been on site during business hours.

      On February 3, 2023 Allegheny Memorials deposited a check for $2,469.88 for the gravestone for my parents, ****** *** ****** *****. Since August, 2023 their office has been closed and their answering machine isn't accepting calls. When I last talked to them in in July, I was told that they were in the process of attaining delivery. Two months later and my parents gravestone is still not there.

      Made payment in full for a memorial grave marker. Marker has not been installed and The Business will not contact me regarding this purchase. The business is Allegheny memorial and engraving. I would like them to contact me and install the memorial or give me my money back.

      The transaction occured on 2/13/23 after my wife passed away on 1/24/23. - I ordered a double headstone and made a payment to Allegheny Memorial & Engraving in the amount of $3000,00 on that date and paid an additional $900.00 to them on 2/22/23. They told me that the stone would be here in about 2-3 months and that they would install it in the cemetary. - I have been to the office several times since then and got excuse after excuse for why the stone wasn't here. -Today I went to their office and the woman told me that she is no longer handling the headstones because of a family problem and she gave me a card with her brother-in-laws name on it and told me to call him. I called his number and his mail box is full and I can't get a message to him. --So I emailed the email address on the card and he has not responded. My step-daughter has also been to the business and they told her 3 weeks ago that the stone was being shipped and would be in that week...I was there 2 weeks and they told me that it was being put on a pallet and being shipped. --The stone is still not here and has still not been put into the cemetary as was told to me when I purchased the stone. -- I am 80 years old (will be 81 next month) and I am leaving for the Phippines on October 12 to do missionary work. -- I would like this matter to be settled before I leave.

      I ordered a headstone for my husbands grave in January 2021. They ordered the stone and it came in sometime around May. They made all kinds of excuses for not pouring the foundation to set it on. That was finally poured in July. Then they said the paint was fading on the portrait of a 57 Chevy I requested on the stone. They promised to repaint it and and install it. Since then, it has been one excuse after another for 8 months now. I went to the place of business to ask for my money back on December 30 and they said they just got the stone in that day. the girl got the owner /manager on the phone . I told him I wanted the stone set within a week. Again started with the excuses and was very rude and told me the conversation was over. A week later it is still not delivered.
