I placed order Sept 28 for 5 items and only received 1 I received notification that I would receive remainder of items on 10/4 by end of day Now all notifications have disappeareded and it shows in transit in Oregon Every time I call customer service I get same generic answer that it takes 7 to 10 business days This is a 200 order which is a gift I needed by Thursday I've been callng daily and keep getting same answer I need my stuffBusiness response

This order ********** was placed on 09.24.2021 at 22:39. This order was split into two packages, both being delivered by FedEx. The first package of one item was deliverred on 10.01.2021. The remaining package of four items is being reported by FedEx as in transit, with an expected delivery date of 10.07.2021 by EOD. We did apologize for any inconvenience on the numerous calls received from the customer but we really cannot influence the performance and timeliness of FedEx. We did send the customer tracking information and have assisted the customer on each call and email with order status using this tracking information and the FedEx website. This information is attached for your review.
