    Hello On LATE Wednesday Night 9/18/24 I signed up for a 2 day trial to ******************* for $4.99. I was under the impression that all of the streaming videos I was able to browse on the site before signing up would be part of the trail. However after I signed up for the trail and logged in now of the scenes that I browsed before and wanted to see in full on the website. Once I noticed this I hit the cancel button on the account ****************** away. As I recall when I signed up to the trail there was nothing saying only limited videos would be on the 2 day trail and you need to pay for a month to get all of the streaming videos on the site.I did attach a screenshot of the trail option again noting that there is limited access to items on the site which I feel is misleading.Can you please refund me the $5 that I paid as I'm not happy with the trail as it had none of the videos that I wanted to see. If you can please refund me the $5 I will use that money to sign up for a month membership. Please let me know.

    This company has charged my bank account without my permission. This is a fraudulent charge. I have no account with this company.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting me regarding your charge of 14.99. After running a search in our system it appears there are two accounts under your name. One through adameveplus.com where a membership was signed up for 29.99 and then it was cancelled. The second account was for elegantangel.com where a membership was purchased for 14.99 12/17/2024. When a membership is signed up for the billing automatically continues in the next month. Hence the charge for 14.99. I put a cancellation in for you so you are not billed any further. The email on the accounts also match the email you used in your contact information for the BBB. So if this is fraud that you are claiming you may want to make sure you change your email or email passwords to be safe. Additionally if this is we suggest that you contact your bank and report this as fraudulent charge. If you have any further questions or concerns please let me know.

    refund two shipping charges from "Split" order

    Hello,

    I understand the nature of your complaint and would be happy to explain why you were billed for the shipping and why you are not eligible for a refund. The shipment method selected was UPS Ground which does not qualify for free shipping and if items are not in stock that you added to your cart you will be charged the shipping for when those items ship. During the check out process you are informed of this information. I created a mock order on the website and took a screen shot of the check out and attached it to this correspondence as a reference. If you have anymore questions in regards to the matter please let us know.

    I purchased several items from this company and was supposed to receive the items around the 9th of April. When I didn't receive them I proceeded to contact the merchant and was told to call back after 21 days. when I called back they told me there was nothing they were going to do and to take it up with the mail delivery system. I'd like a refund or to send me the items I ordered. Thank you

I would love to assist you further in this matter however I need to know the order number or the names of the movies in question so I can verify which order you are talking about. If you ever have any issues like this in the future please feel free to ask to speak a supervisor or the department manager. It should have never have been handle this way and I am so sorry for that.
