Horrible no recommendations 1 yr of torture 12 different interns dentures wrong temporary staffing attendant Jimm prest so hard I almost past out very moody he also selected the wrong size teeth for my mouth entire plates to bring and thick billing lady said it will take a couple of weeks to adjust it took 5 months I was never going back until there insurance took 250.00 without my permission. Entire new staff new intern said talk with billing lady about getting new impressions teeth don't fit correctly also a tooth was broken dentures billing lady said make another appointment see if they can' adjust them again temporary staff couldn't get xray camera to work but the proceed to fix my teeth that didn't fit my mouth I felt like a rabbit my mouth wouldn't close. that intern took my dentures to the back and grinded them down to fit my mouth they were better but 2 days went by by them adjusting bottom partial a tooth was pulled out into the partial I couldn't believe another trip back to the office the intersaid there's nothing he can do I now have a hole in my mouth and there's nothing they can do what is wrong with this operation it's been months but I'm afraid to see another visit Now I recieved a letter form corporate office saying they are closing this office and my files being sent to another office the dental insurance was only thru smile exchange and can't be used elsewhere my mouth and gums have been ruined This is to inform the public that you are being treated unfairly
