      On September 26, 2024, I called 911 to get an ambulance to take me to the hospitial. I had horrific pain in my leg and I could hardly walk When the ambulance people got here, I was in my bathroom. The Ems *** took my arm and walked me out to my garage in my bare feet. I was in such pain I told the Ems i couldnt walk anymore. He said " So you want me to get the 200 pound ****** of of the ambulance". I said yes i cant walk anymore. Finally on the ******, another EMS responder showed up and the Ems *** said sorry we had to wake you up. Like my pain was not important and i was inconviencing all of them for calling. The when they put the automatic blood pressure cuff on me I immediately yelled it was pinching me. I ask them to remove it.. They said they were not aloud to remove it. Finally in the ambulance and on my way to the hospitial, each time the blood pressure cuff came on I cried out in pain. After about 12 times when the blood pressure cuff came on, I again ask the to remove or or readjust it because it was hurting me so bad. The one EMS rudely said no we cant take it off, you will just have to **** it up. Then he said you must not tolerate pain very well. Then next time it kicked on I held my breath. The other *** *** released the pressure. When they were getting me out of the ambulance the one EMS *** told the other one he was a D*** Several hours later I took a picture of the bruise the blood pressure cuff did to me. I had no idea the name of the ambulance company until I got a bill in the mail a month later. I called and told HR that I was very upset how I was treated and how they bruised me. I told her I didn't feel I should be charged $132.92 for the terrible service i got. She said she would talk to the ***s. They still keep sending me a bill. I don't feel I should have to pay for how they made me walk until I couldnt walk anymore and how they wouldn't adjust the blood pressure cuff and they bruised my arm. They should pay me.
