    On March 20,2023, we have given $500.00 to Heritage Hill to reserve a room for my mother. They led us to believe she would be a good candidate for placement into their center and recommended that we reserve a room with a deposit since rooms tend to fill up quickly. Following their advice we gave the $500.00 deposit. The next day, Heritage Hill informs us that after evaluating mom they could not admit her into their facility because she required too much care. That alone was very frustrating for us to hear, however they assured us the $500.00 would be refunded. After numerous phone calls to the center, we were informed that their headquarters has to send out the check. One phone call told us it was issued and we should be receiving soon. Two weeks go by, no refund...again another phone call to them and now we are told that they do not know what happened, checks were mailed out and we should of received it. So now they were to put a call into their headquarters to check on this issue and promised us an answer with the refund by weeks end, that was 2 weeks ago. We truly are getting the run around from this center. Please help us in any way you can.

    We have been contacted by Heritage Hill to settle this complaint against them.  They did finally refund us the $500.00 that has been owed to us.  Thank you for your help regarding this issue.
