      This is one of the worst HVAC companies that have ever experienced. I had them service my 1 1/2 year old Mitsubishi Mini Split unit. Upon arrival I informed them that there was a constant clicking noise in the fan. They serviced and said they cleaned it and if I continue to have problems call them back. It continued so I called back. They came back said it was normal that it clicks continuously because of the coils and compressor, they said that I need to run it at a higher fan speed instead of the silent mode, they also said if they need to come back they will charge. I asked why, the unit is still under warranty. The noise continued so I called again, they came out again and the and told me the same thing. The worker also told me that his manager told him that he should have never come out to the house again. After he left and told me that they would have the manager call me after my request. He never called back so I gave it a couple of days then called again, still no call back. I then called the Mitsubishi support line, told them the issue I was having, they told me that it’s not right and that the unit should not be making that noise, the also asked why didn’t call them to troubleshoot the unit, I said I have no idea. Still no call back, I had nowhere to go at this point. I decided to call my general contractor who has done several renovations to my house to see if he could help. He called Signature and within a week I received a call saying that they ordered a new blower fan and motor to install. I said yes, and had them come out. The worker had all kinds of problems getting the unit apart, he changed the parts then had all kinds of problems getting the unit back together. 20 minutes after he left the unit starts humming, I called him back he arrived said he can’t do anything and that will suggest we get a new inside unit. And now the fan doesn’t increase in speed or even heat or cool properly. They have no clue on how to fix a mini split.

      The technicians are all nice but the company is shady. I’ve tried to call them about my billing status several times but never get any results. I’m on the payment plan and they will not tell me when my balance is. They won’t tell me when my payoff date is. They’re on auto pay so some times they forget to withdraw and other times they take two payments in one month. I called them over and over and asked them to please send me a statement and they always tell me I’m supposed to get a call back from the manager and he never calls back. I don’t know to resolve this issue but they seem like very dishonest or maybe very disorganized.

      Bad service - Service man came out to my home, looked at my AC and left but not before telling me to get a new one from them and showing me how much it would cost. Another sales man came, looked at my AC took pics without my permission, tried to sell me a new AC unit over $10,000.00. Called the company to repair the AC unit and was told someone will call me when the "part" comes in. Nothing heard from anyone over a week now. In my opinion, awful horrendous customer service and do not recommend at all.
