Date 10/20/21 Amout $116.50 Service to be provided: Bike rental and shuttle service Nature of dispute: I booked above rentals and shuttle service with Pocono Bike Rental online on 10/20/21 for 10/22/21 for ******************* shuttle to White ****** When I arrived in ******************* I went to the wrong business Pocono Biking which I was informed by the employees there that this happens "All the time" I arrived early by 10:30 . I immediately called the *** and left 2 voicemails stating what happened and that I was on my way and would be there before the scheduled 11:00 departure. In route, *** van passed us leaving the parking lot at 10:54. I later received a voicemail rather condescending and very unbusinesslike blaming my ignorance and stating he would not be refunding me because I was a "No Show" Though I hadn't requested a refund I simply stated we would be there before the 11 departure to please wait explaining the error . He stated he had sent me an email the morning of the excursion. He did not. He sent it to the number that was associated with my paypal account which is a landline. He sent a text to my cellphone when I initially contacted him to inquire about the logistics so he did have my cell phone number. When I texted and informed him he had not texted me with the instruction the morning of 10/22, as he said he did, I received a very rude inappropriate response via text. I have attached that thread for your review. The error and confusion made it impossible for me to be there the 20 minutes prior to departure however I explained this to him and requested him to wait and I did indeed get there prior to 11:00. He left before 11:00 despite my calls informing him of what happened.
