    We stayed for two weeks. The first problem was found within minutes: the refrigerator seal is covered in black mold, and the freezer was too frosted over to allow it's use. upon thawing, we discovered a used cold compress, as well as a bottle of water, frozen into it's freezer. The bathroom fan is unbalanced, and sounds like a mistuned *********. The AC/Heat air filter had a dense layer of dust on it. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall by it's wires. After 6 days of having no housekeeping come by, we brought it, as well as the other issues, to the attention of the front desk. The front desk assured us housekeeping would be by the next morning. Housekeeping did come by while my husband was showering; they were asked to come back in a few minutes. they never did. After 6 hours, we brought it to the attention of the front desk again. We asked for clean sheets and towels. We asked for additional towels, as there were two adults and three kids in our party; we were informed hotel policy permits only two towels at a time, and could not provide additional. Front desk informed us they would bring clean sheets and towels by in a few minutes. They only brought us top sheets; no fitted sheets, no pillow cases. My husband brought it up to the front desk, who informed him it's all they had available, and that he would have to wait for housekeeping the next day. housekeeping did come by, dropped off the rest of the sheets and towels, but that's it. no cleaning was performed. no garbage collection. Also, with the ongoing lack of housekeeping, we kept having to see the front desk for toilet paper. The room key kept getting deactivated, also prompting numerous trips to the front desk. After two weeks, nothing was done to remedy the actual problems we experienced.
