      Our vehicle went to their garage for inspection they put new tires on the front they lost one of the center emblems for one of the wheels it was on the car when it went up there came back with it missing this has been 2 months now and I keep asking and they keep saying the garage does not have it I would like it replaced

      the shop people do not have this emblem or anything like it...I have asked the owner of the repair shop to reach out to his sources and try to find one. When he finds one he is authorized to purchase it and we will send it to the Bloomsburg office.

      I checked with the repair shop. They do not have what is missing. Its an emblem  from a wheel, if it came off it would be in that tire machine area and they do not have it. The repair shop owner has reached out to his sources to find a used one and he will. It is a used vehicle and we will pay to have another purchased and delivered to our Bloomsburg store and replaced as customer good will. This part does not affect the drivability of the vehicle and we will replace it, hopefully soon to satisfy our customer.

      It was on the car when it went to the garage I don't want a used one as it was not my fault that it was lost this has been going on for 3 months now it should not take this long I feel I am getting the run around we have had problems with this garage in the past I want a new one they can be ordered from the dealership

      I purchased a 2012 **** ****** from americas choice about a month and one.week ago and have had nothing but problems with the car. They have said they fixed it and have to keep sending it back. They now do not answer phone calls or call me back. This car has a warranty and they continue to say the proce on how it costed them but not thinking I paid out right for this car and lost my job due to this situation and canceled mine and my children doctors appointments not having a car. I have seen many terrible reviews and would like this company to pay for what I lost.

      Yes I am very aware of this situation. This vehicle was sold in January indeed with a 24 month 24000 mile warranty, even though its 11
      years old and and has over 130,000 miles on it, we reconditioned and replaced anything we found compromised and it was state inspected in
      December of 2022. Our warranty covers All internally lubricated parts in the engine and all internally lubricated parts in the transmission.
      Along with those major components we cover the alternator, fuel pump, and water pump. Unfortunately soon after taking delivery the muffler
      came off. Although this was not covered by warranty we fixed as customer good will. again unfortunately, within 2000 miles we found
      that the head gasket had failed. It requires intensive labor and parts cost as the engine head has to be removed and sent to a machine shop
      to be plained, valve stems checked and replacing any valves that may have been damaged and new valve seals. As bad luck continued the
      machine shop ran out of the particular valve seal for this device and there was a long wait. we finally got the head back after weeks and
      installed it immediately on the vehicle just 4 days ago. upon test driving we found the vehicle not idling properly. Again a part was
      ordered but available in just a day. Along with that part and re-setting the timing we finally got the car back yesterday Tuesday
      the 4th. I drove the vehicle last night and it will be returned to the customer today. Although the $2,300.00repair of the head gasket is not
      covered by our warranty (it is not an internally lubricated moving part) we again will pay for the repair as customer good will as the
      occurrence was soon after they took delivery. Yes there was a lengthy delay of parts but no lack of attention on our part to try to solve
      the problem. 

      Unfortunately we, as well as many car dealers, have been plagued with supply chain delays. Some as long as 6 to 9 months with some models.
      It is slightly improving but unfortunately not soon enough for us or our customers. If I can be of any other assistance with this matter or

      I bought this car with tons of issues. For one the back up and wiper arm was not on the vehicle went was purchased. Which they said they would fix if brought it back at a later date jan 31 to feb 4 and oct 18 to 22. I paid $ 300.00 plus rentals fees and taxes and the car still is not fix properly plus days from and still more day from. Someone please help me

      I brought the car in april and had nothing but problems with dealers to fix the issues but they have gotten paid everytime they need to be paid. Im getting really annoyed at the situation. If I could just return the vehicle and shop else where I would.

      Dear ******* *****: 

      Thank you for the opportunity to answer this complaint! ***** ******** did purchase the vehicle on 4/12/2022 with 115601 miles. *** ******** called July 12 to schedule an appointment for his check engine light being on, back up camera not working and back wiper not working. The car was sent to the shop on July 26. 
      *** ******** stated he had purchased a wiper for the vehicle and said it was located in the vehicle. The technician said the only one located in the vehicle was broken. The technician advised they could order one to complete the repair. The customer became irate and demanded his car back before anything else could be checked out and stated he would fix it himself. 
      On October 25, the customer dropped the car off again for service for the same issues. The technician, at this time was able to examine the vehicle and again advised they would order the windshield wiper, back up camera harness and fuel 
      inlet (related to the check engine lite being on). Again, the customer requested the car back and to reschedule when parts were in. 
      We scheduled the customer for service on January 16, when parts were there, but the customer did not show up. We re- scheduled the customer again February 22 for the same issues but also to have muffler looked at, again the customer did not show up. We then rescheduled for February 27 but again he did not arrive for the appointment. 
      We have tried to reschedule but he has not returned our calls or any other form of correspondence.

      I paid my car off with them and it's been months and I still haven't received the title to my car. When I tell them about it, it's a different story all the time. I need my title please.

      I tried many ways to attach the text between the store manager and ********, but could not do it... We did receive her title and mailed it to her, however when comparing the address we had on file and the address where she is now they were two different places....unfortunately...the title was not returned to us....it should have been even if the forwarding had expired. The condensed conversation with my Store manager and ********....paraphrasing went as what happened....we re-ordered  title and will notify her when it comes to the dealership and we will call her so she can pick up or we can deliver it if necessary... if you need any more information about this issue or any other please feel free to contact me.       The transmission is the heart of the car. They knew the transmission was bad when I brought it to them the very 1st time after purchasing the car. But waited to tell me it went bad. Now I either have to pay for a car that was driven off the lot broken or purchase a new car from them.

      Well thank you for giving me the opportunity to respond to this complaint: ************************************** did purchase the vehicle on 1/10/2020 , with 84,909 miles. On January 30, 2020 we replaced the passenger side bulb at no charge to the customer.
      November 30, 2020 a state inspection was done, alignment, right front brakes and rotors, both outer tie rods and left front wheel bearing were replaced. Miles 110958 (DRIVIN 26,000 MILES IN 10 MONTHS) 
      On July 13, 2021 a power steering line was repaired miles 130495
      On May 16, 2022 her vehicle was at our shop for a right front outer tie rod, alignment and hvac door actuator were replaced miles 149036
      June 8, 2022 customer claimed blend door motor was making noise, no showed for appointment.
      On January 11, 2023 her vehicle was towed to our shop for a no start, the vehicle started with no issues , but the customer also requested an inspection and mentioned issues with lights appearing on the dash stating engine power reduced and service Stabil Trak. The power steering line was replaced, but it was determined she needed a new transmission. At this time the vehicle had 178339 miles on it.

      We were never informed of any issues from the customer about problems with the transmission prior to our findings on January 11, 2023

      In 3 years the customer put 93,408 miles on the car.

      The vehicle was set to be paid off on 9/16/2022, but has been consistently late with payments and has extended her loan due to the interest accruing on the account as well as some repairs financed.
      She was provided the option to trade out with tax and tag only as the down payment but was not satisfied with the vehicles we had available that would qualify. Our customer has had just short of 100,000 miles of service out of this vehicle and of course there could not have been anything wrong with the transmission at delivery since she drove it for 3 years and almost 100,000 miles. 

      We still offer her a trade out to another vehicle in stock with our sign and drive program....however...she does not like the selection....If you need any other information about this issue or any other please feel free to contact me...Sincerely Ron S********  President Americas Choice Cars & credit Inc.

      They sold me the car in June 1 2020 the sales guy told me several times its 24 payments to pay off car.It's now paid off I've made 30 payments! And they still won't sign off that my car is paid off. They demand 3 more payments.I already made 6 more over payments!They use 5 different ways to say you need make more payments. Reading reviews I see They do this to everyone that buys a car there. 1. They say you had work done on your car at their garage and you incurred added payments to term of your loan.2. They say you refinanced, I never went there to do anything, I didn't do such a thing!3. They say you got behind in payments, ridiculous because they threaten to come get the car in 24hrs if you miss payment.4. They say you had higher interest rate because you made monthly payments not bi weekly payments!I've done none of the things they are saying..They disclose nothing about higher interest rate because I'd be paying monthly, when I got the car.instead of bi weekly I have a recording on my phone from July 2022 hat the worker their said yes my last payment will be November 1 2022..They refuse to agree to what's in legal documents that my last payment was November 1 2022. They keep saying they want 3 more payments. Because they can do anything they want apparently!

      Thanks for the opportunity to respond to this complaint; 

      The vehicle was purchased (a 2008 ******* *******) on  6/1/2020. She was written up at $175 biweekly (payments to be made every other week). However, on 8/6/2020 she requested to pay monthly and was rewritten to $350 monthly. I am not sure why, however, if she were written at around $380 per month she would have finished at about the same time as the bi-weekly agreement. The interest rate does not change with a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly agreement, however the amount of interest does go down if you make more frequent payments (say weekly verses monthly) as you are lowering the principle balance of the loan at a faster rate. Some people do Semi monthly instead of monthly mortgage payments for this very reason. However our interest rate is the same no matter what the payment frequency is...This can be much more easily explained by demonstrating to ************************* on a desk top computer at our office. where we can break down the payment differences in a more demonstrable setting which we will be glad to do at any time...For any questions on this matter or any other, please feel free to call or write.       I bought an SUV on 5/31/2022 from America choice the sale man sai their was nothing wrong with the car I noticed issues the same day called left a message with no return phone call I went back on 6/1/2022 for the sale man to tell me their was all new front end parts put on drive it a few more day we'll on 6/6/2022 I took it back they sent it to their garage won't give location of garage or what garage it is because it's a privately owned garage that does side work for them so 6 6 20 22 went to the garage got it back 610-2022 with the same issues I gave them photos of what was wrong with it gave them two diagnostics from ******** on two separate days for my check engine light coming on for my mass airflow sensor and nothing was fix as they said we will fix it for you because you just got the car since I owed the car I drove it a few time because they're mechanic that inspected it didn't change the lower control arm bushings on both sides which I don't know how you can even pass inspection with that happening it's not like I waited months to tell them I'm into a new contract with them I've never dealt with them before and I've literally had the car at the garage for 2 weeks and drove it a few times since I owned it

      Well thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint: ******************* did purchase a 2011 ****** ****** on 5/31/2022 from us. On 6/7 the car was sent to our repair facility for a check engine lite on and banging noise under the vehicle. The check engine light was diagnosed as a mass air flow sensor, the code was erased and could not reproduce it as the car ran as normal..no light or code was reproduced. ...the banging noise could not be reproduced....the allegation about control arm bushings are very serious, we therefore had our repair center inspect them and found them to be beyond state inspection requirements. Our repair facility would not jeopardies his State Inspection License on doing something as careless as ignoring something like this...he invites any authorized representative of the state to inspect his work and diagnostics at any time... The inspections performed and the transportation to and from our repair facility were done at no charge. Performed as customer good will.
