    Unprofessional quite simply put. I messaged the studio first thing in the morning (day of appointment) to let them know I was sick and probably shouldnt have someone that close to my face doing my lashes. Their immediate response was Hello! Yes I can cancel that for you. Per our policy, youll have to pay 50% of the service due to cancelling within 24 hours. Do you have a day that works best for you to reschedule?. As a returning client I was a little shocked by this considering I would be putting the technician at risk if I were to come in. After questioning the fee they then told me I could still come in. Whoever is in control of the company phone has no empathy or compassion for their employees considering we are in a time of COVID and they still just want to get the service completed. I advised to cancel all of my future appointments. I will be sharing my experience with everyone I know who goes to Swanky. Beware of their backwards policies and poor business management practices.EDIT: After posting my honest review employees took it upon themselves to discredit my review on their social media accounts. Once again, extremely unprofessional and be aware of this business. Owner has not responded to my request for a phone call.
