On March 17th, I contacted ***** *** about my account was frozen and was transferred to their tech department and in turn to I-Secure which said that they could correct my problem and put a firewall up for $399.99. The very next day I was hacked on my computer. I took my computer to **** ***** and was informed that I Secure was a scam and needed to be reported as such. the company that charged me was called Comptuner LLC. I contacted my credit card to dispute the charge. I called the number I was given and no answer.Business response

As per the complaint of this customer, We agree to Refund the amount back to customer because of our company terms aand conditions, We provide 1 month Return anmd Refund Policy and on this basis the customer should return back our services which he never did. This customr never called us back for any kind of problem. In all the conversation of this customer he was happy and satisfied with our services.In all recorded conversation of this customer Its our responsibility to make our customer happy and satisfied with our work. We never received any kind of a dispute in regards to this customer transaction. Once we receive the dispute, We will honor the request of this customer.
Please note this customer never called us for any kind of computer problem or to discuss anything, We provided him 3 numbers *******************-******** , ************) to connect to our Support Team but he never tried to get in touch with anyone and In our Recorded feedback calls and mail he was happy and satisfied with the work.
We are attaching the Authorization letter of this customer which was signed at the time of paying the Invoice for the services, This letter was signed on the customer computer and this states that he was fully satisfied and aprroved us to charge for the services.

My attempt to enter my office product code for 2021 *** @ the office.com/setup, I get redirected to this company's website due to an error code. The technician is trying to explain that my new *** may run into issues in the future with the 2021 ****** and I would need to get a "full license" for $150. That in essence takes my purchase from ***** for a full license $249 to $400. The web site claims my license is now active however I can't access. The company claims the problem is on my end. I claim I should neve have been redirected to their website during my attempt to enter the code in the first place. At this point I'm out a license. This comes across as very suspicious to me.Business response

In respond to this complaint there was no service rendered,
the customer called us with the question about an error message that appeared on his device we answered a question and explain what could be done in regard to this question,
according to his concern about the answer was given he decided that he do not want the service, which was suggested, therefore no payment was made to our company.
we have called the customer and gave him the explanation regarding his complain and he agreed and understand the explanation and we requested that he called BBB and withdraw the complaint. Hopefully he stands by his words.
please inform us if the complaint has been withdrawn.
