      The In network USAA contractor in Yeadon, PA called BMS CAT/Mellon Certified Restoration is attempting to balance bill me for $2418.77 after being paid by USAA insurance for $1900.00 for a small ceiling job which I believe is unethical. They did a good job on the ceiling but are overcharging me because this is covered by USAA home owners insurance. I'm giving them one 1/2 of a star for their good ceiling work. I am doing 2 things to address this issue: 1. Obtaining a copy of the check that I signed over to BMS CAT/Mellon yesterday for my records in case the contractor decides to pursue legal avenues against me. 2. I am filing a formal complaint against BMS CAT/Mellon for unethical practices with USAA insurance. JG in Upper Darby, PA
