    My home had a gas furnace that suddenly stopped working. I called Absolute Comfort and spoke with the owner on a Sunday afternoon. I explained my situation and he was at my home within 2 hours to assess the problem. As it turned out, the furnace needed to be replaced and was not covered by warranty. I had two other contractors who wanted to replace the furnace and air conditioner, the Absolute Comfort owner agreed the A/C unit may need to be replaced, but he felt like it still had some life in it, plus he gave me the fairest price. The owner of Absolute Comfort made his team available to install the new furnace the following Wednesday accommodating my family's work schedule. The job was done clean, quickly, and efficiently. A couple of weeks later, the air conditioner did start acting up. I called Absolute Comfort and their team was there the following day when I was available to meet them. Within about 15 minutes of arriving, the Absolute Comfort team had diagnosed the situation and resolved the problem -- no charge. It was refreshing to get such outstanding service at a fair price. I would definitely recommend Absolute Comfort & Son, LLC.
