      On 7/26/23 at 1:30 pm, I was contacted by this reality company and on 6/7/23 at at 10:46 am, bugging me to sell my home. The company texts me at and on my personal cell number at (**** ***-xxxx. I have never gave them permission to contact me and I have never done business with them. I am on do not contact listings and am a senior citizen, over age 65. I want this company and their agents to cease and desist all contacts, whether by my home number at (**** ****xxxx or my personal cell at ***** ***- xxxx. I want the texting to stop.

      Good Morning! My name is *************************. I am the Director of Sales and Marketing for Above The Line Homebuyers. We are a real estate investment company located in Dallastown, PA. 

      On Tuesday, August 1, 2023 we received a notice from The Better Business Bureau concerning complaint ID ********.

      I search in our CRM (Salesforce) and our phone system and cannot find any record of ***********************, her address, or either of the phone numbers that she included in the complaint.

      I did take pre-cautions however and added the following phone numbers to our DO NOT CONTACT list that we maintain in our phone system. This step makes it impossible for our phone system to dial or text any phone numbers that are on that list.

      I have read the response from this business. In my complaint:

      Please take notice that I did NOT provide the last four digits of my phone number. Yet the senior representative from this agency lists my entire phone number. At the same time, he states that my phone number is unknown to his agency, which clearly identifies that his agency was contacting me. How else could he list my phone numbers in his response?

      I will be satisfied with no further contact from his agency as per my complaint.
