I give CM a top 5-star rating. Great job spreading the good news!I give this rating despite being led on by women from the site lying about their marital status. And being asked on dates by divorced women (seems like a mortal sin, but kudos to CM for letting divorced people on the site to grow in faith). I didnt meet my spouse on CM, but I did meet wonderful people that helped me grow in faith thank you CM.I also give a top rating even though many people on the site unremorsefully support abortion, sex before marriage and deny the Real Presence (appalling, sad).I support CM even after going out w/ a woman from the site that literally tried to have sex w/ me on the 1st date. And another that waited until date 12 to tell me she actually believes people need lots of sex before marriage to make sure theyre compatible. I even met a Catholic school teacher that literally couldnt believe when I told her I really do believe in the teachings of the Church.Despite all the mortal sins described above (that some argue CM facilitates, even supports), I still give a top rating for helping people learn & grow in faith. Wonderful job CM.Lastly, I am giving a top rating even though CM permanently banned me from the site w/ no chance for forgiveness or reconciliation b/c I unknowingly violated their terms of use (apparently if you reply to someones CM messages outside of the CM platform you are forever banned).I wrote sincere apology letters to the owners, but it seems theyre sticking w/ the initial & only notification (email) I got from CM saying something like we wont be able to help you at any time. I imagine theyd say Im banned b/c they need to keep their users privacy safe. But what about keeping their users souls safe? Especially considering all of the aforementioned mortal sins + the chances theyre provided to learn & move forward.I am truly sorry CM. Were all sinners; we all make mistakes. Will you please forgive me for trespassing against you?

This company has terrible customer service. You can't talk to them over the phone; you can only write them through their platform, but they never respond. My son has lost access to his account for months now, he has tried to contact them several times now, but they never responded. However, the credit card, which is my credit card, is being charged every month for a service that he has not been able to access since December last year. The truth is they are stealing people's money!

To make their site even useable they push you into a paid service. If you decide to stay with the basic version theres a waiting period before you can view a message. That information is also not in an upfront location where youd easily notice it. Oh noits buried in their FAQs and help pages! Should you decide to get a subscription, poke around for a minute, then decide you dont want it and ask for a refund then I hope you didnt click on something that is premium! Even if you ask within their 3 day case-by-case time period because you will not be getting one even after pointing out their deceptive practices.

Reaching this company is like pulling teeth. THey do not have live help via the phone. I need help. I want to cancel my subscription because I lost my husband a few months ago and realize I am not ready for a dating site. They charged my account for a full year when I was thinking it woul be on a month to month basis. I feel like I have left messages to no avail. I'm feeling like I have been scammed.Please advise me to this situation.
