    I ordered a 3ft guava tree. I received dead 1ft tree that is not even guava tree. I sent so many emails but no one is responding. They dont have phone number to contact. This is scam company

    I ordered 3 plants from the seller in one order and 2 of them arrived dead. As mentioned in their polilcy I contacted them on the same day with pictures and the next day also. They issued me refund for one of the plant, but asked me to wait for sometime to see if the 2nd one recovers. It did not. I kept sending them pictures to show it ******** out and completely dead for the next few days and finally asked for refund. Then they asked if you want a replacement, and I said yes. But they never sent me replacement even after a week. So I contacted them again and they gave me a coupon code and told me to place another order. But when I tried to place the replacement order it was still showing a charge. So I contacted them again and they claimed it is a "tax". I refused to pay something like that for a replacement for what they sent as a bad tree and asked for refund instead (Note that the orginal invoice did not list tax and was marked free shipping). But then they completely stopped responding to me. It looks like they are just trying to get past the time so that eventually my claim will drop and I wont be able to file even dispute with the credit card company. Absolutely not trust these guys now. They should issue me an additional refund for $74.99 for the 2nd tree in the order too.

    transaction date - may 15, 2024 Amount - $174.98 The business was supposed to provide 2 healthy plants (Soursop/golden Soursop)This dispute is because i received 2 dead plants that did not come back to life as seller said they would.I contacted the business through email and for very short while there was communication but after we got to the point of (refund or replacement) all communication stopped from their side which leads me to believe that they were trying to run out their 30 days guarantee.

    On March 30, 2024, I discovered Tropical Plantae via ******** Marketplace and placed two orders (Invoices # **** and 1477 attached) for four exotic tropical plants. The description of their advertised plants were 12" to 24" to 36" live plants. I paid a total of ****** for the four plants. One grafted yellow rambutan. One grafted red rambutan. One grafted three foot rambutan. One grafted Spanish lime/Quenepa. When I received the plants in April, they were (a) not grafted or 2 to 3 feet tall and (b) looked distressed and appeared to be dormant. It was mid spring, they should have had some life. All the stems appeared to be a barely 12 inches and recent "cuttings" not the grafted trees as advertised. I tried to nurture them for approximately 7 days to see if they would recover. There was no life in the thin new roots and the stems were brown when scratched which meant the plants were dead. I first contacted Tropical Plantae via their customer service email which was returned by Yahoo as undeliverable (attached). I then contacted through ******** Marketplace (attached). They ignored my message for approximately one week. It wasnt until almost 30 days later - all of April, when I used ******** Messenger to request acknowledgement of my efforts to contact them that I received a message asking for photos. I sent the photos (attached) No answer for another week. It is now May. They did not respond until I sent another message advising them that I intended to file a formal complaint, and they sent a response asking if I wanted a refund or replacement. I responded YES or Suitable replacements (attached). I havent heard from them since my response. I do not trust this company and no longer wish to do business with them. I would like a complete refund for my four dead on arrival twigs.

    I bought what was falsely advertised as "Live" bamboo plants only to receive two sticks of bamboo with no growth that did not appear to be the variety that I ordered. I emailed them and received no reply.

    The item I purchased was not the item I received ordered a purple Mangosteen (Garcinia mangostana according to the description on there website and photoes what I received is another type of garcinia based of the leaf shape and axis points was confirmed to not be a purple mangosteen also by the tropical fruit of ******************** I am a member of the plant I received is not what I paid for and certainly not what Im interested in all attempts to get in contact with this company have been Null and void. No one has gotten back to me. I believe they are seriously misleading and scamming customers both of the two orders, I place neither one of them was accurate to the photo or description, but Im not even going to go into the second order because at this point the hassle Ive gone through with this fraud of a company has just been too much trouble. I believe they need to be investigated and all records pull for what I believe are truly questionable business practices!

    I purchased a mangosteen via ***** The Seller acknowledged via email that the plant sent to me was not as represented. They agreed to refund or replace but have done neither. The proof I have attached of Seller's agreement to refund or replace is in Spanish (nursery is in ***********).

I was in disbelief.However, I planted them. After few weeks, I noticed that both plants disappeared from the ground.
