    In September of 2023, I submitted a photo of my dog to Praise My Pet to have her on a calendar. My dog made it onto a calendar, and I purchased the calendar on 9/7/23. Multiple times since then, I have received notifications from Praise My Pet informing me that my dogs photo has been featured on other items that I did not consent to have her on, such as activity books and mugs. The most recent item is a mug with a heavily doctored image of my dog that no longer resembles her at all. I would like to have my dogs name, photo, and any AI images generated from her photo removed from their system, as well as any items featuring these images or info removed from their website.

    Me and my friend received the same text that our pets are featured on the cover and the month of November for the 2025 calendar. i received the text a month ago and she received it today. I bought 2 calendars which i paid 76.80$ for because my dog was supposed to be on the cover and month of November yet my friend got the same exact text. I will NOT be purchasing this again and will no longer tell my friends or anyone about this website along with giving a review of just how bad the customer service is if multiple people are getting this exact text. This is the stupidest thing ive experienced with ordering online and am ******.

    I have been trying to reach out to this Company.. in regards to a text that mentioned my dog will be on this months Calendar as if he won a contest which is false! They took my payment and never received the calendar.. I have submitted 3 tickets on there website they have not even acknowledged any of my questions this website is a scam

    When you go to the page there are options to view what they sale but there aren't any photos. It's a way to get you to order their products. Your pet isn't ever in a contest. Might as well go to a company that shows you what you are getting before you order. A ************* will not keep sending you text to buy. Just an underhanded way to make sales by using the love for our pets as bait. Sad and not professional at all.

    I was told that if I sent them a picture of my dog, that I would get a calendar with her featured in one of the months. I paid and never received a calendar.

    On December 8, 2023 I purchased several calendars that were suppose to have our animal in it. Still to this day have not received the calendars! But I continue to get text messages from this company letting me know that my animal was selected to be in another ******** should purchase before the deadline date! I just want my money back!! What a big joke!

    Yes I got the calendars from the company but they are not what they are intended to be! I sent in the original pictures & got text messages back that the pictures were approved! I never received a text message saying that the images were going to be cropped or edited! When I received the calendars I opened them up & realized they arent the original pictures I sent in. They cropped & edited the pictures then put them in the calendar which I also included pictures of. If the company was gonna crop or edit my pictures they should have sent me a text saying so or declined the images. I want my money back!

    I am rejecting this response because: When i first sent my original pictures in to be submitted I got a text message back saying the photos were accepted. When I got the calendars, i opened them & they are no where near the photos that i sent & were accepted. The photos were cropped & edited. If i had known that the photos were going to be cropped or edited i wouldnt have purchased these to begin with!! If the company didn't like the pictures that i sent to begin with, then they should have declined the photos, instead of accepting them. I have attached the original photos that i sent & the photos that are in the calendars also. The company makes it out to sound like your photo is gonna be in this calendar well yes part of your photo will be but they sure dont tell you about the fine details. I would like a refund, because its not the full product that i ordered.

    As stated in our Terms, we reserve the right to crop or edit photos if needed to publish in our products. Some examples for why this would need to be done include removing humans if included in the photo (for copyright purposes) and resizing to fit within the specific framework of our publication.

    We would have been happy to provide a refund for this customer. However, the customer has already filed a chargeback on this order, so the funds from the order are now in the bank's hands (in addition to a chargeback fee from us) until they complete their chargeback review.

    Hello,

    You called your bank to file a chargeback on the order. When you do that, the bank takes all of the money from the order from us (in addition to a large chargeback fee from us), and they investigate the order in order to decide if the funds should be returned to the company (us) or the customer (you). This can take up to 75 days.

     

    As you can see in the screenshot attached, we are unable to provide a refund on this order because of the chargeback. We would have been happy to provide the refund, but now it's impossible until the bank completes their review.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have called the bank several times & they said it is entirely in the business owner's hands as this dispute has already been denied! The bank stated we (customer) cannot do anything more at this point in time. I would really like to have my refund processed back as this has been a non stop battle & I have already gone through the steps called the bank & there is no control on my or my banks end with this issue.

    Im not quite sure were you are getting the information that we did a charge back on Feb. 16th? I have attached both emails from our bank stating when we disputed the charge which was originally on January 20th & when the dispute got DENIED on Feb 16th. As ive stated previously this is completely out of our control now as I have shown several different ways that this charge was disputed & the dispute was denied by our bank. We never even called our bank to do the dispute, we did it on our mobile app...so im also not sure were your getting the information that we called into our bank and did a charge back because that is completely FALSE! There was only one dispute placed on January 20th & that dispute got DENIED on February 16th. No further action was taken on our part with our bank!

    Yes, there is a chargeback on this order. The chargeback was made on a **** ending in 3052. Please see the attached photos.

    Even though the order's been delivered, we're still happy to provide a refund, but Shopify literally doesn't allow it after a chargeback has been made. We're forced to wait until after the chargeback review has been completed, as the funds from the order have already been withdrawn from us, in addition to a chargeback fee.

    Please let us know what else you need from us to prove chargeback.

    I ordered two books featuring my dogs on them on December 21. It is now January 4 and they still have not shipped. I have emailed them at least a dozen times and have not got no response.

    This business claims make and sell seek and find coffee table books featuring your own pet. If you register and buy anything you are automatically signed up for reoccurring monthly payments for not just 1 issue but every issue until you ask them to stop. These auto payments are without permission or knowledge of the victim and are non refundable. Furthermore, you never see any book or hear from them again until they try to scam you again. Which is what happened to me today by text alert. I also did not sign up for text alerts. I think, unknowingly, I paid them for 3 or 4 months before I stopped the payments.

    Paid for a 2023 calendar that my pet was supposed to be in. This company seems to be scamming people. I still havent received the calendar and they wont provide me with any information on where it is.

    Regarding the calendars: All pre-orders have already been sent for fulfillment. The vast majority were delivered before the new year. Over 99% have been delivered at this time. A small amount of titles composed of very late entries were available for pre-order until a week or so ago; the corresponding pre-orders for those have all been sent and mostly delivered, with some stragglers completing their delivery within the next 7 days or so. All new orders are for already published calendars, which instantly go through to our third-party order fulfillment partner, Gelato, for ****************** and fulfillment (Print-on-Demand. They ship from multiple locations depending on proximity to customer.

    Anyone who does not receive an order, even if this is due to the customer making a mistake on the checkout/shipping page or suspected porch piracy, is refunded in full upon request via our Support Portal.
