            On May 3rd, 2024 I purchased a $200 resume and $125 cover letter. I waited for my product, twice being told a writer was being identified. Upon receiving the products, I realized they had simply taken my work and simply formatted the resume differently. The cover letter was worse and even more generic. This type of work could have and most likely was done with AI. On May 17th, I called for cancellation of any billing and requested a refund and called back to check on the refund which an aggravated customer service agent said my refund would be processed in 3-5 days. I called back again on June 26th to talk to another aggravated customer service agent who kept informing me that I'm confused. I am not confused, but simply want a refund of money so that I can use my own work instead of the plagiarized regurgitated products I was provided.

            Offered to buy a subscription service with money back guarantee. Call them for said money back guarantee and they said it doesnt apply to the first month. No terms and conditions signed, just too the screenshot of what it said and this is overt fraud.
