on March 29. I contact the bank to withdraw the funds from my *** for a purchase of a home. The form I was sent to withdraw my funds, has an option for "home purchase", which requires a copy of the purchase contract and the form must be notarized, which I did at NavyFed. A week goes by and I get a call from Oriental that the notarized forms I submitted didn't have a "county clerk" certification and could not be accepted. This is not stipulated on their form and is totally redundant as whoever the notary is, stamps their license # on the document that can be looked up online if needed. The cert proves nothing. I went and got another notary that could get a cert, costing me $115. I finally get a case # assigned by Oriental and another week of waiting and didnt get a call or email, so I decided to call. Now its the week of Apr16, and I am told that the forms I submitted dont qualify for a "home purchase" because it ONLY applies to purchases in ***********. All this time, multiple calls and emails, nearly 3 weeks have passed, no one was able tell me this? I am on the verge of closing on my home purchase and 18+days later of back and forth, I still have no idea when my approx $15K will be sent to me because the Oriental service folks don't seem to know any of the processes. Each time I call, I get a new way of being told "I am" somehow doing something wrong. I ask to escalate the case to a mngr. due to my urgency and I am told they can't other than adding notes to the case for the ******** to review. All this while I keep telling them, "I am about to lose the house, the money I have invested in paying for inspections, appraisals, etc"...and its all due to this banks incompetent service, I need to be given a solid response and not these "tomorrow, next week, we'll get back to you" excuses. This is a BANK. Anyone calling about their money should get VIP attention and guarantees that your concerns will be addressed. Not handle my case as negligently as it has been.

They are causing unnecesary stress in my life. Today *************************** (collection ***** called saying there is a difference of $53.I paid $564. Is the monthly payment. He said is $617 They never sent an account analisis or statement to inform me about that monthly payment has been changed. In addition, they sent a payment notebook saying that payment will start on Jul/2023.However, they are wrong. I paid $25k on February 2023 for the PRINCIPAL and the escrow account didn't increased. I did claim with the number C-****** with *************************** to solve this issue. At this time they are not doing nothing. No solution In addition, I just made another payment to the principal of $4,999.99. *************************** said, they will discount the $53 remaining from there. They need to analize the account correctly and stop saying I have to pay more. This is unfair. They want to steal the money of the principal balance for the interests. Not neccesary.

On 12/19/2018 I purchase a vehicle with "*************" in *****, ************* signed a contract with the dealership that the payment would be $799 and the dealership would pay for the first year of vehicle insurance. My wife and I have paid $400 Bi-weekly equaling $800 a month and get insurance on our own to cover the vehicle. Company has been stating that they rose our payment from $799 to over $1,100 a month, they also allege providing us documentation of such changes and additionally damaged both our credit scores. Upon the course of several months leading into years we have attempted to communicate via emails and phone calls to Oriental being given the run around that they were looking into our case, adding if we provided more info along with supporting documentation, which we have fully complied, our credit could be fixed. Today 3-9-23 the legal **** of Oriental bank called my wife stating they will be confiscating the vehicle if we do not pay in full.

I have a mortgage with Oriental Bank. My monthly automatic payments are $1,400 and extra $200 on the principle totaling $1,600, which are taken out separately on the 3rd of each month. On February the 3rd Oriental Bank, withdrew the $200 for the extra principle. An additional amount of $2,645.95 was taken from my account without my authorization. I immediately called the bank on this day, after speaking with several people and getting the run around all day. February 6th, I finally spoke with Mr. *************************** ***** and was told that they wouldn't be able to put my money back in my account because I don't have a bank account with them. I suggested that they do a wire transfer to my bank. I was told that the only way to get my money was to write a letter requesting to be paid by check and email it to him **************** *****. This request was fulfilled on February 8, 2023. I had to call the bank several times to ensure that they received the email, still getting no satisfaction. On February 13th, I sent another email requesting the status of my check. No response, so I'm left to continuously call and speak to several people that's not able to provide a resolution. I explained in my letter and to everyone I spoke to, that this unauthorized withdrawal of $2,645.95 on their part is causing a financial hardship for me. Oriental Bank has taken no ownership and clearly this is an internal problem that needs proper investigation.

On September 13th I purchased a ***** Malibu from Auto ***** in ******** ***********. The amount of the entire purchase was just over $23,000. This amount included the five years of insurance including the extended warranty for the vehicle. I signed a loan with Oriental bank. A week after signing the loan I received an alert from the credit bureau stating that I owed almost $25,000 for the vehicle. I reached out immediately to Oriental Bank, and they could not find any discrepancy. I asked them to immediately remove the charges if they couldnt find an explanation as to why they were charging me the extra amount. They kept giving me the runaround, and I was unable to get a clear answer. I reach back out to the car dealership, and they explained to me that they shouldnt have charge me any more than the paperwork that I signed in the dealership. I tried desperately to contact oriental bank, and I got no response or a clear answer at all. On October 28th? I made a car payment to Oriental Bank in the amount of $736.39. Later on that week I received an alert from the credit bureau stating that I only made that $150 payment. This was completely false. I have the receipt with my account number for let alone the states that I paid the full amount for the statement for the month. I tried to reach out to Oriental bank, and I could not get a clear answer and they were not able to clear up the discrepancy. Now they are showing that Im coming up as late payments which is completely untrue. Oriental Bank has shown incompetence, and dishonesty. I have uploaded the documents supporting the statements for the vehicle and the payment i made for the vehicle in the full amount.

I had attempted to set up auto pay for my loan. The bank stored the account info but never drafted payments. now I am late with a hit on my credit report and two months late fees with no way to pay the **** until later. I attempted to login to the online payments system to pay with a debit card only to find they have disabled that for my loan. I had called to attempt to pay with debit card as I did not have my account numbers on me. They wouldn't accept the payment. Called customer service to restore access to the online payments systems. they said they would email me a reset password link (as I also attempted online multiple times) never received. This is multiple fees and affects my credit report because Oriental Bank failed to draft the payments. Then left me with no alternative payment method.
