      I have never used NinjaOutreach nor gave them permission to post my instagram (which is no longer active) on their website. I have requested through their email support channels and website multiple times that my information be deleted from their website and removed from searches however they have not responded.I am requesting that you please remove my information from your website immediately. Let me know how to send the link to you that needs to be deleted.

      Hello. When I search for my name online, this website comes up with an old photo of myself and an old Instagram biography of mine. I never consented to sharing my information with this website, nor am i "an influencer." I feel very, very uncomfortable with my information and photo on this website. I have tried more than ten times to reach out to the company through their live chat box and email and have never received a response. I just want my information taken down. This is affecting possible job opportunities and I am feeling very very upset.

      I am rejecting this response because the photo of myself is still on the website and presents itself when you type in my name to a ****** search. I very promptly sent the company the *** to the photo on their website and nothing has been done. I will keep taking steps until my photo and name is taken off of this website which I never gave permission too.

      Thank you for your assistance with this matter. I am deeply upset because I never gave this website permission to use my photos or any personal information, including my school details. The information on this website does not even match my current Instagram profile, which is private. This situation is impacting my employment opportunities, and it's embarrassing for my professors and peers to discover this. I kindly request your help, as this company has been very unresponsive.

      I purchased Ninja Outreach over a year ago and never used it. They auto renewed my account without sending me an email reminder ahead of time. I only noticed it when I saw the large debit from my business account. I contacted them (can only contact by email or chat) and asked that my account be cancelled and I be refunded the new fee given I've never used the account and did not receive notification of the renewal pending. The representative told me that the only thing they could do was switch my account over to a monthly vs. yearly subscription, and after 30 days they would cancel my account and refund me the remainder of what I had paid for the full year. Quoting the representative here: " Allow us to switch you over to an equivalent monthly plan (Flex $389) and cancel it after 1 month, following your original registration date. We'll then refund the excess of $1,467 after 30 days instead of getting billed for the annual subscription. "After 30 days (March 7th) the representative emailed me to let me know he has processed the refund request and would let me know when it was complete. Quoting representative below: "We regret to inform you that there has been an unforeseen delay in processing your refund. On behalf of Ninjaoutreach, please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Rest assured that we are working diligently with our billing team to acquire a definite time and date to ensure that your refund is processed as promised. We understand the importance of timely and efficient service and want to assure you that this delay is an exception to our usual standard of service. " We are now 9 days later and they still have not processed my refund. Every time I email the representative I'm told he does not have a time frame when the refund will be processed and can't seem to give me any information. I feel like I'm being scammed. No manager has gotten involved.

      Date of Transaction: 11/04/2022 Amount Paid: $1,856 What I thought I was buying: A 7 day money back guaranteed free trial. Instead I was charged $1,856 without my knowledge or consent.Dispute: Erroneous charge. They said I clicked a button but I do not remember doing so and I immediately asked for a refund, but they refused. Business Resolution: They refused to refund me.My Account: ************************ I tried to resolve this with a credit card dispute through chase but I was travelling and didn't respond quickly enough after they fought my dispute with their "evidence". Now my dispute is closed automatically without anyone reviewing it and I have no option but for BBB to help me. This is a huge amount of money I do not have to pay for a service which was NOT as advertised and was charged without my knowledge or consent. This company is ripping people off with this method constantly see their trust pilot (************************************************************)

      Went on site and said like 7 dollars or so, next charged over ******* for no reason. service of i dont even know what they do are promote. I have no idea even who they are because I dont understand them. I never gave anyone permission to take **** out of a bank account that did not have that much in it anyway. I see all over the internet that whoever these people are they scam innocent people out of large sums of money. The federal government should step and put a stop to this. If my money is not returned in a timely manner, I will peruse the government to take action. I dont want to do this, much rather get my money back and go about my way but if I have to go through my connections I will and this will get solved with an outcome my favor.
