    This application process was incredibly helpful & efficient. Most governmental forms can be confusing, but the TSA/Passport process was extremely user friendly for this 75yo lady.

    I have always made a pilgrimage to a local office to apply for and pick up my passport. Using the Gov Plus website is a godsend and Well Worth the monthly fees to avoid those hassles. Paying a year's worth of fees on the website is easily worth the savings in time and effort of doing everything myself.

    I initially gave Gov Plus a good review, but after my experience trying to get my passport, I need to share the my experience and save others the head ********** Hassles: It took forever to get the right passport photo. They dragged their feet in notifying me that I needed to retake it.Misleading Process: They requested a picture of my ID and birth certificate, leading me to believe they would send me my passport. Instead, I learned that I had to take these documents to the passport office myself. Keep in mind, when you get there, they require the original documents!Unexpected Costs: I received checks from them that were supposed to be my funds, but I still had to pay out of pocket at the passport office. Then went through the hassle of voiding said check.Long Waits: Dealing with Gov Plus took three months! If I had done the steps myself, it would have only taken three ********** Warning: Do NOT use Gov Plus for anything. It's a complete waste of time and money.
