    GOV+/plus are scam artists. They said they can get your documents in 3days ,but it's a false. It took me more than 7 days to get answers finally I got a hold of them and and they said over text that it will be 3 days ,Texted back and said it's been over 7days and your not send to the vital records ****** came back and said we can cancel the application but no REFUND would like to cancel it.

    I am 81 years old and thought this was a legitimate business They chargedme two charges.. one of $97 and one of $57 and I have received nothing and not even an acknowledgment I didnt OK either of these charges, and that is a lot of money for someone who is 81 Actually for anybody
