    America's Speed Shop owned by ******************* worked on car from April 14, 2023 - Sept 2023. The He did rear-end work and clutch work. The rear-end work broke on Nov 11, 2023. I called **** and he said he would fix I on 2/5/2024. I dropped off the car on 2/5/2024. The car sat outside his shop for almost 4 weeks. I could never in touch with him. Finally someone called my saying he is having legal trouble. Not I cannot get a hold of him. He cannot do the warranty work to fix my card and I want my $3,610 money back so another shop can fix what **** cannot. Also, there is a guy who now answering the shops number. His name is ****** (I am not sure of the last name) but I think he is a trustee). After he let me pick up my car and he said he would help me get my money. But after picking up my car he is no longer being responsive to my phone calls and texts. His phone number is ************. I have a feeling the ****** is not holding the affairs fairly and while he is liquidating the speeds shops assists he is not including me a someone who needs to get paid.Please call me to help me figure out how I an get my money back.
