T-Mobile is ripping off customers.On August 03, 2025 at ******, I retuned a device to ********************** using the *** return label received from them(Obtained a drop-off receipt from ***). For some reason, I realized 4 months later that they are charging me for the device. After reaching out to T-Mobile customer care, I was told that they no trace of the device and that I should figure it out with ***. I called *** customer service and was able to track the device down to ********************** warehouse. *** confirmed that the device was delivered on August, 08 2024 at 2:40PM (With Records). Even though I have all the records that the device have been returned, T-Mobile, have decided that I should pay for the device. I am very frustrated by their resolution. I shouldn't have trusted them, I feel betrayed and rip-off by T-Mobile. People should avoid buying devices from them at all cost. T-MOBILE IS A SCAM AT THIS POINT.Review from Tammy S

I was charged a $25.00 returned check fee from TMOBILE, because my checking account was hacked and the representatives refused to waive the fee. It's horrible to be hacked and ripped off and I feel like this was just another punch in the gut. ALL of my creditors and utility companies fully understood and were compassionate about my situation EXCEPT TMobile.Review from Stacy G

Ordered equipment for home internet and not after 2 hours decided to not go with this company, I called to cancel the order and not have the equipment shipped and they told me if you do not cancel the order within 15 minutes you can not.
