- We honor and follow manufactures warranties. We also guarantee our work up to 1 year. We have refunded the cost of service contracts to people selling their homes who no longer need them. Or at our customers request transferred them to their new property or to new home owners. If a part or system fails after we have worked on it, we have refunded the cost of the part or swapped out a part in the past per customers preference.
