      Very derogatory conversation with man at A&W who clearly represented himself as an attorney. He also stated that "HE" would be filing a lawsuit against me personally. He spoke about my credit (thus has pulled a CR without any authorization). He hung up on me when my offer of repayment was insufficient to him. I requested that he mail me a representation letter along with the outstanding invoice as I was unsure of the amount that was owed. Upon ********** him back he insisted that I had hung up on him. Again very rude, derogatory, insulting and misrepresented himself as being of legal counsel. I admit to owing the debt and asked to make payments at which time he said "to be an man for once and pay what I owe". Not a company that I would want representing my business even if it is for collections.
