    I bought parts for my 2019 GMC Terrain on 3/3/25; estimated delivery was 3/6-3/8. I have messaged this company numerous times with a response "I apologize for the delay. We are waiting on a part to come in from the manufacturer. Please allow 1-3 business days for it to arrive." I was given this response at least 3 times within about a week of eachother. Now it is 3/14/25 and my order has been in "Pre-Shipment" for the past 3 days. According to Tasca Parts, **** has picked up my order but there has been no update on their end or mine. After reading many reviews on this company, this has happened to many people. Something needs to be done about this company.

    I placed an order on September 20, 2024 and was never given an expected ship date. After 2 weeks I tried to find out the status of my order. The only way to find anything out was to submit my email address and order number. The result was "in progress". After doing this a few times I was pretty frustrated. They don't have a phone number to reach them, their live chat app doesn't work and they did not respond to my emails. I did find a phone number and when I called it I got a recording saying the techs are too busy to answer the phone so use the live chat, which doesn't work. At this point I was feeling like I had been scammed, they had charged my credit card $1113.00 and I didn't have any product,. I couldn't cancel the order because they say to cancel the order, use live chat, which, as I said before, does not work. So I called my credit card company to dispute the charge and they are looking into it. About an hour after that I received an email from TASCA saying, "sorry for the delay" and "we had to special order some of your items", "some parts have been taking as long as ***** days to arrive" and "We ask for your patience".I replied that I wanted to cancel my order but 24 hours later, I have not received a response. And according to their website you can only cancel an order via live chat, and by now you know, it doesn't work.

    I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.  Since TASCA did not respond to the BBB I feel that nothing has been done to address the terrible customer service ********************** provides. The eventually did ship one order and they eventually refunded me my money from my other order. They don't answer the phone, they tell you to use the live chat option and that does not work. And they don't respond to emails. For this to be resolved in my mind would be to give them a terrible rating to warn away potential customers.

    I have been to this Tasca twice now for service. The first time was for an interior engine issue. The issue was resolved however I had another issue immediately afterwards after service. I thought nothing of it however cause the car ran (seemingly) fine. A few months pass and eventually the problem gets worse. Turns out the issue is immediately around where my previous issue was that I received service for. The loophole is, if its not the part they changed then theres no warranty. I drove the car to several shops (3) and nobody could find the issue except Tasca. Tasca had a part nobody else could find ready to install. Almost as if they knew that the problem was.I had to drive the car back to this quack of a service shop to get work done since they were the only people that could find And now immediately after receiving service I again have an issue with my brake line. Something that is completely unrelated to the service I previously received.To summarize, I have went to this place twice to get service, both times I leave with a brand new issue I didnt have when driving the car into the shop for service. Except this time I leave with an issue completely unrelated to the service I received. I had no issues with my brakes when I drove the car in and now I do. Purposely tampering with my brakes could cost me my life or my vehicle simply because you want to make money off of me by trying to scam me? Unfortunately I know nothing will be done about this, but Im going to make sure somebody knows about what these ******* mechanics are doing back there.

    5/9/24 purchased part it arrived. The part was incorrect. I asked for a return number. They said they wanted pictures of the part the box and the label. I have sent all this too them now they will not respond to my emails.

    I ordered a seat belt buckle on ORDER #******* part number FL3Z-1660044-AC Center Buckle for my 2017 **** RAPTOR. The price was as follows:Subtotal: $40.78 Standard Shipping: $15.62 Tax: $4.95 Total: $61.35 I received a light fixture part number FL3Z-13C626-A.I have reached out to the company numerous times via email, through their website, and attempted CHAT (the only method they have to actually talk to someone) with no response.If they do not have the correct part I want a refund.

    I was looking for a seat belt for my truck and found the TASCA Parts site. It was reasonable at $129.16, so I put it in the shopping cart and selected PayPal. TASCAs site transferred me to PayPal, and I completed the security checks and was sent back to the TASCA Parts site, which promptly thanked me for my purchase (No shipping costs were shown) and proceeded with my order. Two days later, I found an email that showed the estimated shipping cost of $120.71. I questioned the shipping costs and tried to cancel my order, but it was too late. I received an email stating that the exorbitant cost of the shipping was due to US Federal Hazardous Material shipping regulations and purchasing special services through the carriers, i.e., the ***** I took the package to the post office and asked about special services, but they said there were no special handling services in this case, and TASCA Parts had only paid $11.23 to ship the package to me. I questioned TASCA Parts about the actual shipping cost and received an email on 3/15/24 stating that I would be refunded $105.71. That was weeks ago, and I still havent seen a refund, and they are not responding to my email on 4/7/24.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. They are not responding to my request for a refund or information. I have read online reviews this is a common practice from this company. Somebody needs to hold this company responsible for their fraudulent business practices.

    I completed on online purchase of an auto part on April 10, 2024. On the 11th Tasca emailed me and told me they increased the price due to the size of the item. The original shipping charge was $21.42 and they wanted another $190.63. We exchanged a few email as I attempted to reconcile the fact that they were not following through on the original purchase agreement and without warning they cancelled the order. VR,*****

    Placed an order on 12/11/23 and received "confirmation" on 12/13/23. In that email I was told the listed parts were suddenly unavailable and would need to be ordered by them. I confirmed that and from then on have not received a single response to emails or phone calls checking on the status of my order. They had no problem accepting my payment upon order but have not once confirmed anything since the initial email. I've requested the order be cancelled and refunded as well as put in a dispute with my credit card company.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. Before filing the complaint with BBB, they confirmed the wrong part was shipped but refuse to reimburse me.

    Order parts for a 2015 F 350, over $3,000 worth of parts. Parts diagram shows all parts needed for the rear bumper. I received only the frame for the rear bumper and not the body panels which are to be painted by the body shop. Parts diagram shows it. I ordered a second identical rear bumper for it. Same part number. This one came with even less parts although the diagram clearly shows and the description clearly states it is a kit and shows all of the required parts. Upon my request for a return Tasca Parts Online stated I did not offer the *** code to them even though I did, and had a conversation with their representative. I also received an email with the vin code on it stating all parts fit. Fitment was not the issue. The parts were not all in the box as shown by the **** parts diagram they are using. They are not willing to pay for the return although the parts were not delivered and the box was clearly opened and then closed again when I received it.
