Hiring this company was a huge mistake. The movers that physically took things in and out of the house were great. Except when putting things back together - check their work. My daughter's bed almost collapsed. The problem stems from the desk jobs. It started with the salesman - *********************. He is a conman. Beware of the "shuttle fee," just an excuse to take your money. Then they give you a delivery window and show no regard for it. Our things were delivered 3 weeks late! Our move coordinator - ***************************** made a joke on the phone about the delay and then laughed. She promised daily email updates - which just said " no change yet, no driver assigned." So I called and called, asking for a delivery date - nothing more. Then I spoke to the "logistics manager" *****************************. He burped once over the phone, but at least he apologized. He gave me no answers whatsoever. Finally I managed to connect with ******************* - his title is president of the company. Once I left a message for him, he called the next day and gave me a delivery date - three weeks late, but a date none the less. So much angst, so much stress, so many phone calls all for a delivery date. It was a ***** mile move for a family of five. They charged a fortune - and what they offer for a reimbursement per day late is a joke! Do it yourself, hire another company, sell everything and buy new furniture - any option will be cheaper and less stressful. Don't use this company!
