I brought my car in on May 23 to be looked at and repaired because I went threw a puddle that was deeper then I thought my Insurance paid them to replace my engine and I had to pay my deductible they made me pay them my deductible or else they weren't ordering or doing any work on my van. It took them a month and gave me the run around. Also they broke my radiator and ac compressor and forced me to pay for it by arguing with me by saying I did something to it when I went threw the puddle. I also asked them to replaced my brakes and rotors and fix my back windows which they did not fix. When I picked up the van they showed me marks on my car that were not there when it was dropped off and accused me of causing the scratch on the gas cap, and a scratch on the inside left back interior where my motor cover for my back windows are. They said it was there but it wasn't and also there a dangling pieces of my side panel of my car hanging my a zip tie. And now Sunday my car started pouring out gas fluid all over a parking lot I had my kids in the car with me we all got a dizzy from the smell of the fumes it was towed to ********* in **************** to where they informed that my fuel line was zip tied to my engine and it had blown off that's why it leaked everywhere and now I'm being quoted $522 to fix the problem that should have never occured if they did there job right also a phone call I had with him said that if. Anything happened to the car after it left the shop it wasn't his fault .... Which would make no sense. I do not trust them and will not be bringing it back there but I would like the money back for the 2 items they broken and possibly the damage they caused to my van.

    FAQ

    Regards,

    Justyne

I did not bring it back because they broke 2 items on my vehicle which they made me pay for I do not trust them that's why I did not return my vehicle to get it fixed as they have shown me they are not trust worthy for the safety of my children. My filter being stuck is there fault as they did not do it the first time they had my vehicle and they are the ones who zip tied my fuel line another reason why I will not bring my vehicle to them. They should still be required to pay to fix it without me having to bring my vehicle to them. Again as they break things and make you pay to fix what they broke and lie about it.
