I dropped my car off at Wally and sons auto for my breaks and roters to be replaced. I told the man to call me with a price after he takes a look at my car before I agree for him to fix it. He called and quoted me almost 1500$ which I declined and said for them to just take my car off the lift and I will pick it up. He then told me he already proceeded to put on my back breaks and cant take them off. I told him thats not what I wanted but he insisted that he couldnt take them off once they was already on. I ended up paying 865$ for breaks, roters and calibers to be fixed just so I could get my car back. Now two weeks later my electronic parking break is blinking saying my breaks are failing. I brought it to the ***** dealership and paid another 165$ for a diagnosis and they told me the previous mechanic that worked on my breaks had cut the harness to the calibers on my car and they hadnt put a new caliber on like they said they did. I called Wally back and told them what happened and they insisted that they didnt do anything wrong and they just kept stating the fact that I had left a bad review on their website. They will not reimburse me and after the discussion and previous experience with them Im dont trust them to touch my car again. I would just like my money back.
