              This company pulled my credit report without my approval or authorization. Upon calling to inquire I was repeatedly and aggressively questioned about my ownership of a business I have never heard of. I was told my name and address and other personal details that insinuated I was the owner of this business. I was told this business owed a debt to an unnamed transportation provider. The person that called me was named ********************* and our call ended with him saying he would be speaking to the credit bureaus.This is an incredibly distressing call to receive in the AM with false information and zero context. I am reviewing my options for legal protection should a false debt be sent to the bureaus and for the accessing of my credit report without my request or authorization.

              Very derogatory conversation with man at A&W who clearly represented himself as an attorney. He also stated that "HE" would be filing a lawsuit against me personally. He spoke about my credit (thus has pulled a CR without any authorization). He hung up on me when my offer of repayment was insufficient to him. I requested that he mail me a representation letter along with the outstanding invoice as I was unsure of the amount that was owed. Upon ********** him back he insisted that I had hung up on him. Again very rude, derogatory, insulting and misrepresented himself as being of legal counsel. I admit to owing the debt and asked to make payments at which time he said "to be an man for once and pay what I owe". Not a company that I would want representing my business even if it is for collections.
