      I reached out to *** further along in the home buying process, but he quickly jumped in to help me out. He was great at sharing current market data and provided valuable insight to the lending process. Pat was very well organized and made the lending process a seamless experience. He was readily available to answer questions I had which was a huge benefit to us while we conducted a home purchase in a short amount of time.

      ********************* was helped me through my loan and as a first time home buyer he really put me at ease. He went above and beyond by answering my questions after hours and working with my hectic schedule as a nightshift nurse. The other loan company I almost went with gave me such a hard time but *** made it very easy for me and explained everything in laymans terms. I would 100% work with him and Embrace Home Loans again.

      Not impressed. I saw an advertisement that caught my eye that said they are positive that they would close and if they didn't they would give you a $1,000. What I was pre-approved for I couldn't find anything so another company I went to pre-approved me for more. When I told my loan officer he started making excuses saying I would have to be pre-approved 1st. Told him I was. I sent him the pre-approval letter I received for more money then the loan officer went ghost on me. Then sends me a letter stating I was not pre-approved for a mortgage all to avoid paying me the $1,000. How do you unpreapproved someone after they mention money? Now he hangs up when I call him. Like let's it answer me then immediately hang up
