On Saturday April 9th Benito of Benito Brothers Painting, LLC came onsite with ****** who sanded and stained the floors of my house located at *********************************************************. Following the sanding and staining on April 9th, Benito and his son came to the house on Sunday April 10th to apply what I thought was sealer but it was polyurethane. They returned 2 subsequent times on the morning of April 11th and evening April 11th. After the floor cured 10 days later my wife brought the dogs and the floors were not sealed as they pooped and when I wiped it up oils got through to the floors. When I reviewed my pictures and video I realized only polyurethane was used without any sealer.

I received complaint number ******** from *****************************. ************* says after I finished his floors, he waited 10 days to bring his dogs in the house and they pooped on the floor and needed it up. I finished the job on April 11, and the client texted me on April 17 that the floor had been messed up by his dogs, and sent me pictures. From the 11th to the 17th is only 6 days and not enough time for the floor to cure. I have the text messages from the client and the contract. All steps stated in the contract, including varnish sealer. Client also agreed to cover the floor with paper for 10 days to protect it, and he did not
